一、培养目标
Ⅰ．EducationalObjectives
本专业培养适应21世纪中国社会主义现代化建设需要的德、智、体、美全面发展，基础扎实、知识面宽、能力强、素质高、富有创新精神的高层次复合型法律人才。
Theprogramaimstotrainwell-rounded，criticalandsociallyconsciousthinkersanddoersinthefundamentalsaswellasemergingknowledgeandtheirapplicationofLaw.
二、基本规格要求
Ⅱ．SkillsProfile
1.具有扎实的法学基础理论和宽厚的法学专业知识，熟悉我国社会主义法治建设相关的主要法律法规及国际规则，掌握与本专业相关的经济学、社会学、管理学和自然科学技术知识，对法学理论知识有比较系统、深入的理解与把握，并了解学科前沿和发展趋势；
2.富于开拓创新精神，具备从事本专业和相邻专业实际工作和研究工作的素质与能力，包括独立获取知识的能力、运用知识解决实际问题的能力、思辨能力、口头表达能力、写作能力、社会交往能力、管理与组织能力等；
3.熟悉一门外语，有一定的听、说、读、写能力。
