3.任何本合同中表示的或者根据本合同理解的其它工作，不论是临时性的还是永久性的。

工作范围

承包商将要根据本项目要求履行的工作内容应该包括：

而且在现场这些设施的施工应该按照由项目业主准备的普遍统一的模型，即根据现场的性质将所要求的步骤应用于设计模板上，并根据特殊术语确认的方式所要求的内容、附件

（1）、以及技术规范和该合同文件的其它内容，使所有被要求的改进都与该现场的设计相吻合。

承包商应该通过开发项目中心委托一家合格的咨询办事处对这些工程提供咨询，该咨询办事处的名字和数据应该提交给业主以供批准。

Theprojectswhichwillbeperformedbythecontractoraccordingtothisprojectshallincludetheexecutionofthetechnicalspecificationsandtherestofthecontractdocuments.ThecontractorshallrefertheseworkstoaqualifiedconsultationofficethroughthedevelopingprojectscenterwithsubmittinghisnameanddatafortheapprovaloftheOwner.

Thisshallbedoneaccordingtothecharts,technicalspecification,tableofquantitiesandalltherequirementsmentionedinalltheotherprojectdocumentsprovidedinthemaincontractform.Theworkincludes,andisnotconfinedto,theexecutionestablishment,thecompletionofalltheprojectitemsthatdependontheapplicationworks,thepreparationoftheexecutivedetailedchartswithprovidingthedetailedengineeringaccountsrequiredforalltherelateditemsandsystemsoftheprojectandinallspecializations,thepreparationoftheworkshopcharts,thefinaltablesofquantityandalltheotherservicesmentionedinthecontractdocuments,allthevocationalworksrequiredfortheexecutionoftherequiredworksincludingthestudyofthesite,soiltest,establishment,civil,architectural,electricandmechanicalworkswithallthefurniture,interiorsupplies,preparations,finishingworks,testoperationandtheworks’maintenanceduringthemaintenanceperiod（guarantee）andalltheotherworksmentionedinthescopeofworkandalltheothercontractdocuments.

TheworkscopealsoincludestheprovisionoftheSites,labor,supervision,toolstechnicalandvocationalservices,productionplans,execution,material,provisionsandtheitemsrequiredforrevisingthedesignsandapplyingthemontheSiteswithperformingalltherequiredamendments,executing,establishing,furnishing,preparing,finishingandcompletingtheprojectbesidesfulfillingallthedutiesandobligationsaccordingtothecontractdocumentsinordertoachievethebeneficiaryparty’srequirementsandneeds.Moreover,thecompletionoftheworksshowninthecontractdocumentsandthetemporary,additionalandcompletingworksandtheamendmentsrequiredbytheOwnerfromthecontractoraccordingtotheconditionsanddocumentsofcontract.

本工作范围还包括现场的预备、工人、监造、工具、技术和专业服务，生产方案、执行计划、材料、设计修改和在现场实施设计所要求的预备工作和物品（完成所有要求的修改）、执行、机构设立、布置、准备、该项目的收尾和完成（除了满足合同文件所要求的所有责任和义务之外，还要实现项目受益方的要求和需要。

2.1Theworkwhichshallbeperformedunderthiscontractincludesthecompletionof

根据本合同，该项工程的建设应该包括神圣清真寺守护者项目、沙特阿拉伯阿卜杜拉国王

开发内务部的保安总部—第五期；

包括根据附件（W）分类的要求，建设370个项目，它们代表了内政部项目模型中的88个模型，因为除了在现场进行标准设计的必要应用之外，这些设施在现场的施工都要根据由项目业主准备的标准和统一的模型、以及场地的特质和条件，并进行所有必要的调整，以便按照要求与现场设计保持一致，就像由这些条款和附件

（1）andallrequirementscontainedinallothercontractdocumentswhicharementionedinthemaincontractdocumentandalsoaccordingtothedocumentspreparedbythecontractorandwhichareapprovedbyboththeOwnerandtheEngineer.ThecontractorshallobtainthenecessarypermitsfromtheGeneralAdministrationoftheMilitarySurveyregardingthesurveyworksandtopographicsurveyatleastonemonthpriortobeginningincadastralandtopographicworksforanyofthesites.

Theworkincludes,butisnotlimitedto,implementing,establishing,completingandmaintainingworksofallprojectelementsafterapplicationofthedesignsonsitesandmakeallthenecessaryadjustmentsresultingfromtheapplicationworksandpreparethedetailedandexecutiondrawingsalongwithprovidingthedetailedengineeringcalculationswhicharerequiredforallelementsandsystemsrelatedtotheprojectandalldisciplines.Thisisinadditiontothepreparationworkshopdrawings,finaltablesofquantitiesandalltheotherservicesreferredtointhecontractdocuments,andallnecessaryprofessionalworkstoimplementtherequiredworks,includingthesitestudiesworks,soiltestsandexaminationinadditiontoimplementingtherecommendationsofthesoilapprovedreport,andallthebuildings,servicesandtheaccessoriesoftheprojectincludingtheconstruction,civil,architecturalandelectricalworksandalltherequiredsystemsandplumbing,watersupply,alarmsystemsandfireresistance,coolingandairconditioning,mechanicalworks,interiorfurnitureandmattresses,fittingsandspecialtiesrequiredworks,signageandfinishes,servicedeliverytothesitesandbuildings,experimentaloperation,outsidethebuildings’works,whichincludessiteworks,includingcivilworks,networks,services,terrestrialreservoirs,irrigationworks,utilities,parksandgreenspaces,sidewalks,driveways,alllandscapingworks,roads,stations,umbrellas,gates,fences,guardtowersanditscomplementary,andasitesstudyforthedisposalandprotectionfromrainfallsandfloodsandtrafficstudyforthemovementinthesurroundingsitesroads,andmovementinandoutandgettingtheEngineer’sapprovalonallthosestudiesbeforetheyareimplementedandallotherworkscontainedinthescopeofworkandatanyofthecontractdocuments,includingworksmaintenanceduringthemaintenanceperiod（thewarranty）.

包括场地工程在内建筑物外的工程还包括土建工程、网络、服务、陆地储存、水利工程、公用设施、公园和绿地、人行道、机动车道、所有的绿化工程、道路、车站、伞具、大门、格栅、守卫塔及其配套设置、一份用于降雨和洪水的排放和保护的场地研究报告、针对场地周围道路上的移动以及进出该项目场地的移动的交通研究报告；

在执行所有这些研究报告的决定之前以及开始本工作范围和任何合同文件中规定的所有其它工作之前，包括维护期间（保证期）内的维护工作，这些研究报告都需要得到业主工程师的批准。

在开始工程执行之前，承包商应该准备并提交一份完整的和综合性的行动计划，以用于该项目的管理、实施和完工，包括本工作范围和合同条款规范中包含的所有工作和要求；它们包括行动方案和工程执行方式，以及用于管理、规划、执行、控制、监督和完成这些行为和分期目标和所有项目工程的所有必要的工艺和工序；

Beforestartingtheimplementationworks,thecontractorshallprepareandsubmitanintegratedandcomprehensiveactionplanformanaging,implementing,andcompletingtheprojectthatincludesallworksandrequirementscontainedinthescopeofworkandcontracttermsspecifications,astheyincludeactionplansandworksimplementationmethodsandallthenecessaryprocessesandproceduresformanaging,planning,implementing,controlling,monitoring,andcompletingtheactivitiesandphasedobjectivesandalloftheprojectsworks,

同时还包括，但不仅限于，项目团队的组织机构、整个项目周期内的工人流程图的分布；一份供应商的清单；一份关于所有项目采购内容的清单和根据进度制定的相关的运到现场的日期和安装计划；分包商的清单以及根据合同条款的要求将要分配给它们的工作和行动要求；所有项目相关方之间的沟通方案以及对它们的责任和沟通方式的确认；相互协调和信息的分享；文件的流程、提交和接收、分发、文件分类管理和交换，需要遵守与业主的项目管理计划有关的项目管理计划的要求，由业主进行连接并满足业主授予的特有权利的要求；

alsoincludedbutnotlimitedtotheorganizationalstructureoftheprojectteamworkanddistributionoflaborflowchartduringtheprojectduration,alistofsuppliersandalistofallprojectprocurementanditsarrivaldatestothesitesanditsinstallationinaccordancewiththeschedule,Thesubcontractorslistwiththetasksandactionswhichwillbeassignedtothem,accordingtotermsofthecontractandcommunicationplanbetweenalltheprojectpartieswithdefiningresponsibilitiesandcommunicationmethods,thecoordinationandflowofinformation,thedocumentarycycleandsubmissionsandadoptions,distributionanddocumentationthetransactionsandtobeinaccordancewithprojectmanagementprogramswhichisrelatedtotheowner'sandconnectedbyandinaccordancewithspecificpowersdeterminedfromtheowner,
