Thespotsthemselvesarenothingtofear,butthosewhohavefrecklesareoftenfair-skinnedaswell,whichinturnmakesthemmorelikelytogetskincancer,warnsDr.HowardMurad,whoisknownas“theFatherofInternalSkincare.”
