AbstractEconomicrelationsbetweenChinaandNorthKoreaiscloseandcomplex,sincetheKoreaneconomicreform,therehasbeenaseriesofnewrelationsandissues.ResearchandanalysisabouttheNorthKoreaneconomyreflectsthestatusandthedevelopmenttrendoftheKoreanmarket,andaccordingtothespecificrequirementsoftheKoreanmarket,optimizetheexporttoquicklyupdatetheforeigntrademarket,isconducivetotheexpansionofChineseexportsituation,promotethedevelopmentofforeigntradeandeconomicChinese.

Theglobaleconomyisintheeconomiccrisisaftertherecoveryperiod,withforeigntradeasthemainexportofthemodeofeconomicgrowthChinese,manyproblemsstillexist.Amongthem,shortageoftraditionalimportingcountriesdemand,newexportcompetitivemarket.ThiswillinevitablyleadtothedifficultsituationChinaexporttrade.SothecurrentChinaforeigntradeenterpriseshowtoseizethisneighborNorthKorea,vigorouslydeveloptradebetweenChinaandtheDPRK,whichforthefurthergrowthofforeigntradeandpromotestableeconomicdevelopmentofgreatsignificanceChina.AccordingtotheChinaNorthKoreaeconomicsituation,existingproblemsandthecorrespondingstrategyseveralaspectstoanalysis.InthenewperiodChineseforeigntradeenterpriseswithNorthKoreatrade,analysisofthemainproblemsencounteredintheprocessoftrade,andaccordingtotheproblemsencounteredinthedevelopment.

1.1thehistoricalconditionofeconomicexchangeswithnorthKoreainChina

TradeandeconomiccooperationwithnorthKoreahasalonghistoryinChina,thethreeofthemarethemainchannelsforforeigntradeinourcountry.Asearlyasin1882,theQinggovernmenttointernationaltradeandtradewithnorthKoreaopenedtheLiaoningDandongportandorientedtoJapanandothercountries.Inthe1900-1920,LiaoningandnorthKorea'sforeigntradeisgrowingrapidly.DuetotheinvasionofJapaninthethreeprovincesinnortheastChina.Untilin1958signedthe"abouttheborderbartertradeagreement"aftertherecoveryofforeigntraderelations."Culturalrevolution"period,theforeigntradebetweenthetwocountrieswasinterrupted.9menstrualapprovalofthestatecounciltorecoveruntil1987.Sincethen,thelong-termdevelopmentoftheeconomicandtradecooperationbetweenthetwocountries.

1.2northKorea'sforeigntradedevelopmentpresentsituation

Since2010,northKorea'sforeigntradestagnated.Foreigntradevolumein2010was$2.039billion,$2011in2.27billion.$2012in2.26billion,ofwhichexportsincreasedby13.1%fromayearearlierto$740million,threeyearsinarowtomaintaingrowth,whileimportsfell5.9%,to$1.52billion,forthefirsttimeinthreeyears.2012,northKoreaandChina,SouthKorea,Japanaccountedfor70%ofthetotalamountofforeigntrade.Amongthem,thevolumeoftradebetweenChinaandnorthKoreawas$728million,accountingfor32.7%ofthetotalamountofnorthKorea'sforeigntrade.Inter-Koreantrade6.4lbillionusdollars,accountingfor28.4%,SouthKorea'stotalforeigntrade;Asahitradeis$366million,accountingfor16.4%,northKorea'sforeigntrade.

1.3thecharacteristicsoftheforeigntradeofnorthKorea

NorthKorea'sforeigntradein2013,thefirst,ChinaremainsnorthKorea'stoptradepartner,forChina'shightradedependence,especiallyabigincreaseinbordertrade,theproportionof25%ofthetotalamountofChina'stradewithnorthKorea;Secondly,northKoreatradegrewfasterin2013thanin2012increasedby59%,includingcommercialtradingat$340million,comparedwiththesameperiodlastyear,anincreaseof45.1%.

2.1tradescaleexpandsrapidly

Inthe21stcentury,China'stradewithnorthKoreagotrapiddevelopment.In2005,thebilateraltradevolumeto1.58billion,bytheendof2011,ChinaandnorthKoreabilateraltradereached$5.67billion,whichisaboutfourtimesin2005,China'saveragegrowthrateof23.9%,thebilateral2011growthof62.4%,higherthanthesameperiodSouthKorea'saverageannualgrowthrateoftheoverallforeigntrademuchhigher（seetable1）.

AccordingtotradestatisticsreleasedbytheChinesecustoms,ChinaandnorthKoreainthefirsthalfof2012inSeptember（1-）oftotaltradevolumehasincreasedby24.7%,year-on-year,to3.1353billion,arecordhigh,northKoreantradeisgrowing.

ChinatonorthKorea'sexportsroseby26.5%,to1.837billion,andisusedmainlyfortheexportofcrudeoilandfuelusedtoimprovetheconstructiontruckexportsthechronicshortageofPyongyang,northKoreahasincreaseditsfoodexports.China'simportsfromSouthKorearoseby22.2%to$1.29billion.Inadditiontothetraditionalironandzinc,anthraciteimportsalsoincreaseddramatically.

2.2freshtradedependenceincreasesyearbyyearinChina

InnorthKorea'sforeigntrade,thoughChinaisnorthKorea'slargesttradingpartner,butthetwocountriestradebalanceisnotbalanced,haslongbeennorthKoreaintradewithChinaisinadeficitposition.Afterenteringthenewcentury,duetothepoliticalenvironmentanddevelopmentneeds,therapidincreaseofnorthKorea'stradewithChinaonChina'stradedependencyalsorose.In10yearsbeforeenteringthe21stcentury,thenorthofourcountrytradedependenceincreasedyearbyyear,theaveragetradedependencyiscloseto40%,in2010to56.9%ofthehigh.Amongthem,thenorthKoreatoChina'simportdependencyisalsorisingyearbyyear,generallyhigherthantheoveralldependency,reached61%in2009.Since2001,northKorea'sforeignexports,exportstoChinaincreasedgradually,from20%inrecentyearsthebasicremainbetween35%to40%

Thetwocountriesintradevolumeincreasedrapidlyatthesametime,thetradestructurebetweenthetwocountriesarealsosignificantchangeshavetakenplace,fromtheChineseperspective,asimportsfromthestructureandontheexportcommoditystructure.

3.1ThestructurechangeofChina'simportsfromthenorth

Since2000,greatchangeshavetakenplaceinthestructureofthesouthKoreanimportsofChinesegoods.ImportsfromSouthKoreain2002,seafoodimportstoreducetheproportionof52.70%overthepreviousyearin2007about5%oftheproportionofcommoditystructureofChina'sseafoodimports.Atthesametime,becauseofthenorthChinacoal,ironandsteelindustryinvestmentincrease,thecoal,theproportionofimportsofironorerisesquickly.ChinesegoodsimportedfromSouthKoreain2007accountedfor29.15%,theproportionofimportedcoal,theproportionofimportedironoreis28.3%,morethanin2002,respectively,25.05%,25.24%.ItisworthmentioningthatbetweenChinaandnorthKoreahasmaintainedthegoodrelationshipbetweentheforeigntradeclothingandimportedsteeltheproportionofrelativelystable.

3.2ThechangingstructureoftheChineseexportproductstonorthKorea

Inthelastcentury,intheproportionofChina'sexportcommoditystructureonnorthKoreafoodislarger,especiallyin1998,northKorea'sfoodexportsmorethan20%oftheproportion.But2000yearslater,China'sexportsinreducetheproportionoffoodtonorthKorea,andfossilfuels,machinery,chemicalindustryandautomotive,aviation,Marineproductssuchastheproportionofincreasedsignificantly.,accordingtothefoodintheearly21stcenturynorthKoreathanChina'sexportcommoditystructurehaslessthan9%,theproportionoffossilenergyhasbeencloseto30%,electron,chemicalindustryandautomotive,aviation,shippingistoincreasetheproportionofproductssuchasthevigorousdevelopmentof3-4%ayear.

3.3theChinesedirectinvestmentincreasedsignificantlywithnorthKorea

InadditiontobeinginnorthernChina'slargesttradingpartnerinforeigncountries,ChinaisalsooneofthebiggestinvestorsinKorea.InJapan,SouthKorea,EuropeandtheUnitedStatesandnorthKorea'straderelationsofchina-darkrelationsatthesametimemoreandmorecold,butalsohasalotofChina'scivilsocietyinstitutions,andthelargenumberofinvestmenttothenorthKoreanbusinessmen.China'sinvestmentandthechangeofinternationaleconomicsituationandpoliticaltwistsandturns,generalisontherise,thedevelopmentofChina'srelationswiththenorthKorea.China'sdirectinvestmentinthenorth,mainlyinthecontractedprojects,laborservicecooperationanddesignconsultation.
