SteeringTeamwiththeteammembersingfromtheExecutivetheTeam,thereisaWorkPromotionGroupresponsibleforthepromotionofEICCinthegroup.

InordertofullystudyandimplementEICCstandardinthegroup,inNovemberBOEinvitedprofeionallecturerstogivelecturesaboutEICCknowledgeto120staffmembersworkinginthedepartmentsofproduction,quality,safety,humanresourcesandworkers’unionsoftheproductionenterprisessubordinatedtothegroup,sothatalltheparticipantscouldacquireathoroughunderstandingofthebinationofthe8-Chinese-wordprincipleof“Integrity,Standard,Transparent,Responsible”andcontentsofCIS,differentunitsshouldorganizetheconcernedstafftostudyEICCstandardandthenimplementthestandardonthebasisofunderstanding;

thedepartmentsofhumanresources,environmentalprotectionandsafetyandculturalcentershouldtakeadvantageofrelevantchannelstopletethepropagandaandeducation.InordertoimplementtherequirementsofEICC,theExecutivemitteeofthepanyhasraisedclearrequirementsfortheimplementationofEICC:

whenperformingtheirduties,allthespecializedbusinedepartmentsbothintheheadquartersanddifferentunitsmustfollowtherequirementsofpropertyandaetdepartmentsofdifferentunitsshouldasktheirsupplierstosigntheacceptancedocumentstoabidingbyEICCstandardifneceary.

InordertofullypromoteEICC,thePromotionGroupdecidedtopublicize“Self-aement&

surveyformulaofsuppliers”indifferentunits,aimingtothoroughlyunderstandthegapbetweentheexistingstatusofthegroupandtherequirementsoftothesurveyresults,thePromotionGroupwillfurtherconfirmthenextphaseofworkofEICCpresent,theworkisunderway.

EICC（ElectronicIndustryCodeofConduct）wasjointlyreleasedbyHP,DELL,IBMandotherpaniesinOctober202X,carryingthemiiontoestablishstandardsocialresponsibilityactcodeintheglobalsupplyingchainsofelectronicsCodeconsistsofaseriesofbasicstandardsrelatingtolabor,recruitment,health&

safety,environmentalresponsibility,managementsystem,ethics,theparticipationofCISCO,Intel,MicrosoftandSony,theseinternationalpaniesincludingHP,DELLandIBMjointlysetupsupplyingchainworkingteam

to

formulate

prehensiveimplementationplanstocarryoutEICCsoastoleenthesecondpartyauditingandthethirdpartyauditingandsavecosts.

202X年9月27日，中国大陆首条最高世代液晶面板生产线——京东方北京代线实现量产，标志着我国在新型显示这一战略性新兴产业取得重大突破性发展。

这条位于北京经济技术开发区的第代TFT-LCD生产线由京东方自主设计、自主建设，202X年6月底投产后3个月即实现量产，目前产品综合良品率已经达到85%。

京东方北京代线总投资亿元，玻璃基板设计产能为9万片/月，预计达产后年产量达1300万片液晶屏，京东方在全球平板显示产业将进入前6名。

京东方北京代线的自主建设一举打破了海外对中国大陆40英寸以上液晶屏的垄断。

据海关统计，202X年中国液晶屏进口总金额达470亿美元，位列第四，仅次于集成电路、石油和铁矿石。

京东方北京代线使困扰中国多年的“缺屏之痛”得到有效缓解。

多年来，京东方凭借自主创新的技术，不断提升中国电子信息产业在全球的地位和市场话语权。

京东方北京5代线曾一举结束中国大陆的“无自主造屏时代”，京东方合肥6代线又率先结束了中国大陆液晶电视用屏完全依赖进口的局面。

京东方北京代线的成功量产则标志着京东方已经可以实现从英寸到55英寸全系列液晶屏的国产化，中国大陆液晶显示产业自此驶入液晶屏全面国产化时代。

在产品开发上，京东方北京代线目前对英寸、32英寸、46英寸及55英寸等主流尺寸液晶屏产品已全部开发完成，并与创维、海信、康佳、海尔、长虹、冠捷、三星、LG等国内外知名客户正在积极推进产品认证和量产交货。

在技术研发上，京东方目前可使用专利5000余项，年自主申请新专利超过500项，并拥有一支超过3000人的核心技术研发团队，技术研发能力覆盖TFT-LCD、AM-OLED等新型显示各个领域，双视角、3D显示、全高清等新型产品也走在产品研究及开发的前沿。

京东方北京代线的建设与运营还显示了强大的产业聚合效应。

以京东方北京代线为核心，北京数字电视产业园已吸引国际知名企业康宁、住友化学等上游企业以及冠捷科技等下游企业入驻产业园就近配套，打造了一个“石英砂进去，电视整机出来”的高效产业链，拉动总投资达650亿元，聚合了一个产值超过千亿元的产业集群。

到产业园完全成型之时，北京市将成为高清数字电视机的全球制造中心之一，提供超过2万个就业机会，年上缴税收近80亿元。

TheindependentconstructionofBOEproductionlinehasbroketheforeignmonopolyin40inchandmoreLCDinonefelltothestatisticsbytheCustoms,thetotalLCDimportofChinain202Xwas$47billion,ranked4andjustnexttoIC,petroleumandironproductionlinehasrelievedthepainof\”lackofpanel\”inourcountryeffectively.

Overtheyears,BOEhavebeenpromotingthepositionanddiscursivepowerofourelectronicinformationindustryinglobalmarketpersistently,byvirtueofitsindependentinstance,BOEG5productionlinehaseverendedthe\”thetimeofnoindependently-builtpanel\”inMainland,andBOEG6productionlinehastakentheleadinendingthesituationthatLCDforTVsweredependentonmaproductionofBOEsymbolisesthatBOEhasachievedthedomesticationofthewholeseriesLCDrangingfromto55inch,andtheLCDindustryinMainlandhasenteredintotheLCDdomesticationera.

Intheproductdevelopment,BOEproductionlinehasfinishedthedevelopmentof,32,46,and55inchandothermainstreaminchLCD,andpropelstheproductscertificationanddeliverywithSkyworth,Hisense,Konka,Haier,Changhong,AOC,Samsung,LGandotherdomesticandforeignfamouscustomers.
