[Abstract]China’shighereducationsystem,vocationaleducationisanimportantcomponentofmanymodelsoftheirtraining,whileteachersareteachingleadingthearticlewiththecharacteristicsofvocationaleducation,professionalteachersfromthebasicqualityrequirementsandoptimizationoftwo-prongedapproachofeducationandteachingprocess,toexplorehowtoimprovebusinessandprofessionalteachersinhighervocationalcollegeslevel.

China’shighereducationsystem,vocationaleducationisanimportantpart.Ithasacommonhighereducation,butalsohasdistinctcharacteristicswiththemodeofeducationcomparedtocollege,bothgraduatesofhighervocationaleducationemphasizesatheoreticalbasis,therearestrongpracticalskillsandprofessionalskills,soVocationaleducationandtrainingmodelintermsofeducationandteachinghasdevelopedauniqueteachingphilosophy.ThiscombinationofQinhuangdaoVocationalandTechnicalCollegeonlytheactualsituationandtheauthor’spersonalexperience,vocationalcollegeteachersonhowtoimprovetheprofessionallevel,fromprofessionalteachersofthebasicqualityrequirementsandoptimizetheprocessofeducationandteachingbothin-depthdiscussion.

First,thebasicqualityrequirementsofprofessionalteachers1tobefamiliarwithandmasterthebasiccharacteristicsofvocationaleducationandteachingtheteacheristheleadingeducationandteaching,professionalteachersshouldbefamiliarwiththefirstVocationalEducationandTrainingmodefeatures,adheretotheserviceforthepurposeofemployment-oriented,communitymodernizationdrivetrainhighlyskilledpersonnel.theonlywaytoprofessionalcoursesinspecificvocationaltrainingintheimplementationofthebasicrequirements,ortheirownexperienceteachingalone,itcouldleadtoteachingandtrainingmodelrequirestheopposite.

2Tounderstandthestatusoftheprofession,latesttrendsandindustry,professionalteachersmustbefamiliarwiththestateoftheindustryandin-depthunderstandingofthelatesttrendsandindustry,professionalteachersshouldbetoguidestudentsintotheindustryandleadstheway,shouldintroducestudentstotheprofessionalandrelatedprofessionaldevelopmentoftheindustrydynamics,sothatstudentswithprofessionallearninggoals,tostimulatestudentinterest.

3tohavethequalityofdual-qualifiedteachers,professionalpractice,teachersshouldrealizetheimportanceofaccesstoproductionenterprisestoactivelyparticipateinpracticalskillstrainingandproductionpractices,improvetheirabilitythroughpracticalapplicationoftheoreticalknowledgetomakeandexpansion,andadeeperunderstandingoftheoreticalknowledge,thetheoreticalknowledgeandpractice,closelyintegrated,professionalteachersshouldfocusonresearchcloselylinkedwiththeactualproductionissues,keepabreastoftheindustry’scutting-edgetechnology.

5Tohavegoodself-cultivationandastrongeducationandteachingmanagement.Theiroverallqualityofteachers,includingteachers,temperament,training,character,andwordsandthestudentswillplayasubtlerole,butalsotheeffectivenessofteachingmanagementhaveasignificantimpact,professionalteachersshouldhaveastrongeducationandteachingmanagementcapabilitiesthatcaneffectivelyorganizetheteachingprocess,toensurethatpre-teachingobjectivescanbeachieved.
