A, productoverview

1.1、Mainusesandcharacteristics ofproducts

Computer numericalcontrolspindle-lesspeelingmachine is usedtocutthelogswhicharemadebyhumanorspindlemachine intoveneers. Double rollerofthe device isfixed, thebladebasemovealongthe parallelguide way, throughtwo feedscrews whilepushing thebladebaseseat inthe horizontaldirection.Weusemostadvancednumericalcontrolsystemstogetdynamic operationandcurrent rotarycutting wood diameter, friction rollerspeed, therotarycutting platethickness andotherparameters, calculatethe feedspeed,Inorder toachieve uniformthickness. Atthesametime, thebladebaseseat arefixedwiththe accessorythatcanadjustthedistance betweenthebladeandsingleroller （functionofautomaticadjustmentofthebladegap）.

Byadoptingthe structureabove,ourmachineenjoysthemeritsasbelow:

NC spindle-lesssystem runsbyintelligent microcomputercontroller, inverterand displacement ofNC spindlelessrotarycuttersensor components, soitrealizes numericalcontroloperation, thetruerealizationofautomation. Wethefollowingcharacteristics:

1、Weuseindustrialgradecontrolchip, andincreasethe numberof softwareandhardware anti-jammingmeasures, themachinehasextremelyhighreliability andstability.

2、Theuseoflargescreen LCDdisplay, fullChinesemenu, theoperationinterface ofChinesecharacterdisplay workingcondition ofthewholemachineand convenientfortheusersimpleandquicksettingofthedebuggingandparameter.

3.Thecore ofhighspeed of calculation, thecontrolmodel andthe flexiblepatch thickness function, veneer precisionupto0.02mm.
