10.I’vebeenlearningEnglishforthelastfiveyearsandoneofthethingsthathashelpedmetoimproveisreading.Ilovereadingandoftenreadduringmyfreetime.First,IstartedreadingeasythingsinEnglish,likerecipesforcookingandshortstoriesthatarewrittenespeciallyforlanguagelearners.ThenImovedontolongerstoriesandnewspaperarticles.AtfirstIfoundreadingdifficultbecauseofthevarietyofvocabularyandthegrammar,butthissoonbecameeasierandIfoundthatIcouldunderstandmoreandmoreofwhatIwasreading.Ididn’tworryifIdidn’tknowallthewords,asIcouldstillunderstandthemainideas.ReadinghashelpedimprovemyEnglishinmanyways.I’mnotonlyabetterandquickerreader,butmyspelling,writing,punctuation,grammarandvocabularyareallmuchbetter.IthinkI’veimprovedfasterthansomeofmyfriendswhohavebeenlearningatthesametimeasme.So,Iwouldsaythateveryonewhowantstolearnalanguagequicklyshouldread.
