(No.C4421214).Thesellerguaranteesthepleteownershipoftheproperty,ifheevertriestoconcealanyimportantfactsaboutthistransactionofthepropertyorheprovidesanyfalseinformation,andifhehasotherdishonestacts,thesellershallpensateforallthelossofthepurchaserortheprocuratorbecauseofhisbehavior.

4,Astheprocuratorhasofferedconsultingandintermediary

servicestothe

purchaserandtheseller,thepurchasershallpaytheprocuratorRMB5,000astheconsultingandbrokeragefee.Thepaymentshallbepletedbythetimewhenthiscontractissigned.

7,Whetherthesellerfailstohandoverthepropertyorthepurchaserfailstopletethepaymentonduetimeshallberegardedasdefault.Ifthedefault
