现在越来越多的人愿意当老师，因为认为老师工资和福利待遇越来越好比例越高。

在职场中努力工作的职场人压力越来越大，自由的人才市场给了职场人更多的选择机会的同时，也带来了更大的压力。

自由的选择机会是双向的，企业也同样有着自由选拔人才的机会。

随着物价的上涨，生活和就业的双重压力似乎也在无时无刻的提醒着职场人努力工作。

一边是压力重重的职场，一边是薪酬福利越来越好和拥有这寒暑大假的教师职业，引起人们的向往也是自然。

在毕业后，我也想当一名教师，并且已经考取教师资格证，一方面我喜欢教学生，另一方面教师工作稳定、压力小、有大量的假期。

另外，我认为学校相对于整个社会环境，要纯洁的多，比较适合自己，而且老师仍然是一份比较神圣的职业，教书育人，会有很大的成就感。

与天真无邪的学生相处，还可以保持一颗比较年轻的心。

在大学生毕业的情况下，我认为如果个人的能力和实力足够，还是尽量往大公司、知名企业走。

因为在这类企业中，你会接触到更大的项目，接触更高的领导层，接触更多先进的管理理念和方法，你身边也会有更多优秀的人，你的修养、素质会有大幅的提高。

作为一名毕业生，没有较多的工作经验，在工作中，我们要能吃苦耐劳，要不断学习新知识，要有一定的创新精神。

另外，在职场中，我们要学会多听、多看、多做、少说，并且不断向周围优秀的人学习。

还有我们要有团队意识，因为团结就是力量，只有整个团队有很强的凝聚力，才会使整个团队发展的更好更远。

还有，对于刚刚大学毕业的人来说，在事业中不可能一帆风顺，肯定会遇到不同的挫折，这时我们就需要有良好的心理承受能力，不要被一时的失意打败，遇到困难，不能躲避，要勇敢的面对，分析原因，总结经验，反省自己。

在我看来，不管你做的是什么，只要有足够的恒心、耐心、创造力、团队精神以及不怕辛苦不怕失败的精神，脚踏实地的走好每一步，你总会有所成就的。

阅读对一个人的学习确实有许多好处，可以直接从书中汲取思想的营养，给我前进的动力。

比如，我可以通过阅读各种书籍，了解各个时期的历史、美术、人物、社会形态等，这些能充分丰富我的头脑。

例如，沈从文的《边城》，让我了解了湘西特有的风土人情以及风景的美丽，借船家少女翠翠的爱情故事，展示了人性的善良。

还有像《穆斯林的葬礼》《飘》《毛泽东转》《孙子兵法》等书籍从不同方面丰富了我的知识，对我的理解能力和思维能力都有很大的帮助。

虽然阅读有许多好处，但是仍然不能完全取代老师在学习中的地位。

比如学习数学，除了应用题需要理解，其它和阅读能力直接关系很少，并且要通过老师的教学引导、通过系统的学习，才能取得较好的效果，还有一些物理、化学、计算机等科目与阅读的关系也很少。

因此老师在学习中的作用是不可替代的。

综上所述，通过阅读来学习以及通过老师的指导来学习，对我来说都是必要的，是我的左膀右臂，缺一不可。
