2.1工程概况
2.1ProjectOverview
斯里兰卡阿塔纳水厂工程位于刚巴哈地区阿塔纳镇，地处ATTANAGALAOYA河与BASNAGODAOYA河交口处，紧邻现状道路，厂址北侧为ATTANAGALAOYA河，南侧为农田，东西两侧为山地绿化。
本项目实施场地平整工程的土地，南北方向坡度比较陡峭，场区靠西侧有较大的山包土丘，场内及周边施工区域内以灌木、乔木、杂草为主，且有少量椰树生长。
TheIntegratedWaterSupplySchemeislocatedinGampaha,AttanagallaandissituatedattheflumecrossingsbetweenriverATTANAGALAOYAandriverBASNAGODAOYA,adjacenttoavillageexistingroad.AroundtheprojectistheATTANAGALAOYAinthenorth,farmlandinthesouth,mountainsandvegetationinthebotheasternandwesternsides.Theprojectconstructionlandissmoothandflatandtheslopingareainthenorthandsouthissteep.Hummocksandhillsarelocatedinthewestofconstructionarea.Shrubs,arbor,weedsandsmallamountofcoconutpalmssurroundtheconstructionareabothinwardlyandoutwardly.
场地平整的土石方开挖及回填工作是本水厂场地平整的分项工程（场地平整的石方爆破开挖详见《阿塔纳水厂工程岩石爆破专项施工方案》）。
水厂场地北侧延红线测量填方长度约78.79米，北侧红线最低高程位于西北角，其高程为33.700米，高程落差最高9.6米；西侧延红线测量填方长度约47.983米，填方高差最高6.8米；东侧延红线测量填方长度约11.405米，填方区高差最高2.1米；场地平整标高43.300米。

2.2气象、水文、地形地貌和工程地质

2.2.1Meteorology
斯里兰卡阿塔纳镇属热带海洋性气候，终年如夏，只有雨季与旱季，酷热潮湿。
平均最高气温31.3摄氏度，平均最低气温23.8摄氏度。
雨季为每年3月至6月和10月至次年1月，即西南季风和东北季风经过斯里兰卡时。
全年降雨量西南部为2540毫米至5080毫米，西北部和东南部则少于1250毫米。
每年３月份，斯里兰卡进入雨季后，雷雨天气增多。

2.2.2水文、地形地貌

1）阿塔纳镇是斯里兰卡潮湿地带，接受西南季风和东北季风带来的降雨。

2）该区域主要经北部河流排水，水厂区域高洪水位大约为平均海平面40米。
2）Rainscomeintonorthriversinthearea.Theconstructionareasealevelis40mhigheraveragelythanfloodlevel.
3）该施工区域总面积约为12156.00平方米，是红壤小山丘的一部分。
地面标高在平均海平面34米和51米之间。
距现场北部300米处有一条河，从东向西流。
与现场东部、西部和北部相邻的土地是种植园的一部分。

第三节、雨季施工原则
ChapterIIIConstructionPrinciplesinRainySeason
本工程雨季施工阶段要完成阿塔纳水厂的基础和主体分部工程。
施工任务繁重，为确保工程质量，搞好安全生产，保证各项计划指标任务的完成，必须从思想上、组织上、措施上、物资上尽早做好充分准备，做到思想落实、组织落实、措施落实、物资落实、汛期施工做到有备无患，雨季施工总的原则是“做好排水、挡水、防水工作”，总的要求是，室内工程雨季不影响施工，室外工程小雨不间断施工，大雨季间暂停施工，大雨过后即可施工，暴雨过后不影响施工。
Thefoundationandmainstructuresofwaterplantisplannedtobecompletedduringtherainyconstructionperiod.Intermsofconstructionqualityandsafetyproduction,weshouldprepareinadvancetoachievealltargetsregardlessofthetightrateofprogressbyallmeans.Weshouldbearinmindallpreventionprinciplesfordrainage,offending,andwaterproofingbytakingmeasures,strongminds,andpreparingmaterials.Generally,wemakeeveryeffortinkeepinginteriorworksnotsuspendedbyrains,keepingexteriorworksgoingafterrains.Whenheavyrainscome,allworksshouldbesuspendedandwecantakeeffortstoworkafterstorms.

4.2组织机构及人员准备

1、为保证雨季施工的顺利进行，项目部成立雨季施工领导小组，并将领导小组组织机构上墙，成立防汛抢险队。

4.3技术准备
4.3TechnicalPreparation
1、项目部总工组织技术人员熟悉雨季施工部位、雨季施工项目及雨季施工技术措施等，编制雨季施工方案，对外施队进行雨季施工技术交底。
1.Leadershipcrewwillbefamiliarwithconstructionpositions,worksandknowhowtostartconstructionssothattheycancomeupwithabetterschemeandconfideabettertechnologicaldetailtoconstructionstaffs.
2、提前编制雨季施工材料和机具计划并上报材料和机械部门。

3、注意收听天气预报，做好气象部门月、旬、周天气预报资料的收集和传阅工作，预报有恶劣天气情况时，及时通报。
3.Wewillbeawareofclimatechangeandweatherforecast,andmakeafullrecordofit,daily,weekly,andmonthly.Whenadverseweatheroccurs,weshouldinformstaffsimmediately.
4.4现场准备
4.4SitePreparation
1、现场地面：
现场布置的道路尽量在雨季施工前全部硬化，钢筋加工厂范围内应按要求进行硬化，半成品钢筋堆放区和周转材料堆放场地，全部硬化，防止地面下雨后积水泥泞。
对于基坑周边地面做好排水坡度，将雨水排放到排水沟内。
