一、培养目标
Ⅰ.EducationalObjectives
培养具有检验检疫专长的良好素质的初级公共卫生医师，这种素质确保其毕业后作为公共卫生医师在上级医师指导下，从事国境卫生检疫检疫、疾病预防与控制、物理、化学与生物学危险因子的检验检疫、卫生保健、健康促进等工作；保证他们有适当的基础能够进行终身学习和在医学或自然科学某学科领域内进一步深造。
Thisprogramaimsatcultivatingthehigh-rankingspecializedpersonnelofgoodqualityobtainingthequalificationofpublichealthdoctorwhowillbeabletoundertaketheworkoffrontierhealthquarantine,preventionandcontrolofdiseases,analysisofphysical,chemicalandbiologicalriskfactors,healthcare,healthpromotion,etc,andlayingagoodfoundationforadvancedstudyaftergraduation.

本专业学生应掌握医学基础知识、临床医学、预防医学和检验检疫学的基本理论、基本知识和基本技能，具备良好的思想道德和职业态度，为毕业后教育打下坚实的基础。

Studentsofthisspecialtyshouldmasterthebasictheory,basicknowledgeandskillsinthesubjectsoffundamentalmedicine,clinicalmedicine,preventivemedicine,andhealthinspectionandquarantine;andpossessgoodmoralcharactersinideologyandjobattitudesoastolayafirmfoundationforthecontinuededucationaftergraduation.

1.掌握卫生检验、卫生检疫、卫生监督、卫生评价的基本理论与知识。
2.基本掌握生物科学、行为科学和社会科学的科学方法，用于以后的工作实践。
3.基本掌握相关生物科学、物理、化学的基础知识和基础医学的理论知识及其研究方法，指导今后的卫生防病工作实践。
4.掌握生命各阶段的人体正常结构和功能及其异常情况下的各种变化特征。
5.掌握各种常见病、多发病的发病原因、发生机理及诊断和防治原则。
6.掌握不同环境条件下有害因素对人群健康的危害、特点及影响因素。
7.掌握环境因素与健康关系研究的原理和方法，包括宏观的流行病学和卫生统计学方法及微观的毒理学方法。
8.掌握不同条件下对健康有害因素的识别、监测和评价的知识和技能。
9.掌握物理、化学与生物学危险因子的检验检疫的理论知识和技术方法。
10.掌握健康教育、健康促进的知识和方法，提高人们的自我保健意识和健康水平。

在国境检疫、疾病预防控制、卫生监督、质量监督机构和健康相关产品、卫生技术企业工作，并具备进一步深造的能力。
