Wearefriends（我们是朋友）

Tommyisturtle.Hehasnodaddy,nomummyandnofriends.

Tommy是一只乌龟。

他没有爸爸、妈妈和朋友。

Heiscrying.Abirdcomes.Shesays:

“Icanfly.Let’sfly!

”

他在哭。

一只小鸟过来了。

她说：

“我会飞，让我们一起飞吧。

”

Tommysays:

“no,no,Ican’tfly!

”

Tommy说：

“不，不，我不会飞。

”

Arabbitcomes.Hesays:

“Icanjump.Let’sjump!

”

一只兔子过来了。

他说：

“我会跳。

让我们一起跳吧。

”

Tommysays:

”

Tommy说：

“不，不。

我不会跳。

”

Amonkeycomes.Hesays:

“Icanclimbthetree.Let’sclimbthetree!

”

一只猴子过来了。

他说：

“我会爬树。

让我们一起爬树吧。

”

Tommysays:

Tommy说：

“不，不。

我不会爬树。

”

Aduckcomes.Hesays:

”

一只鸭子过来了。

他说:

“我会游泳，让我们一起游泳吧！

”

Tommysmiles:

“wearefriends!

”

鸭子笑了：

“我们是朋友！

Littlemouse（小老鼠）

It’sasunnyday.Alittlemousewantstogooutandplay.

这是一个晴朗的一天。

一只小老鼠想要去外面玩

Butheisafraidofthecat.sohepeeksandpeeks.

但是它害怕猫。

所以左看看右看看

Hepeekstotheleftandpeekstotheright.

它看了左边又看右边

Suddenly,themummymouseshouts.

突然，老鼠妈妈叫道：

“watchout!

Watchout!

Thecatishere,thecatishere.”

“小心！

小心！

猫在这里，猫在这里”

Let’splay（让我们一起玩吧）

It’sdarkoutside,thecatdoesn’twanttosleep.

外面已经天黑了，可是小猫不想睡觉

“rabbits,rabbits!

Let’splay!

”

“兔子，兔子！

让我们一起玩吧”

突然，狐狸抓住了一个

Threebutterflies（三只蝴蝶）

Therearethreebutterfliesinthegarden.

花园里有三只蝴蝶

Oneisred,oneisyellow,andthelastiswhite.

一只是红的，一只是黄的，最后一只是白色的

They’replayinganddancinginthegardenallday.

他们整天在花园里玩耍、跳舞

Theyareveryhappy.

他们非常开心

Suddenly,itrains!

突然，下雨了

Theyflytotheredflowersandask.

他们飞向红色的花丛，问道

“we’resocold.Canwehideunderyourleaves?

”

“我们好冷啊，能让我们躲在你叶子下吗”

Theredflowersanswer:

“redbutterfly,pleasecomein.theothersgoaway!

”

红花们说道:

“红蝴蝶，近来吧。

其它的蝴蝶走开！

Thethreebutterfliessaytogether:

“wearegoodfriends,wemuststaytogether”

三只蝴蝶一齐说：

“我们是好朋友，我们必须呆在一起”

It’srainingharder.Theyflytotheyellowflowersandask.

雨越下越大。

他们飞向黄色的花丛，问道：

“we’resocold.Canwehideunderyourleaves?

”

“我们好冷啊。

能让我们躲在你们的叶子下吗？

”

Theyellowflowersanswers:

“yellowbutterfly,pleasecomein.theothersgoaway!

”

黄花回答道：

“黄蝴蝶，过来吧。

其它的蝴蝶走开”

Thethreebutterfliessaytogether:

“wearegoodfriends.Wemuststaytogether”

三只蝴蝶一齐说：

“我们是好朋友。

我们必须呆在一起。

”

It’srainingharderandharder.Theyflytothewhiteflowersandask.

雨越下越大，它们飞向白花丛，问道：

“we’resocold.Canwehideunderyourleaves?

”

“我们好冷啊。

能让我们躲在你们的叶子下面吗？

”

Thewhiteflowersanswers:

”whitebutterfly,pleasecomein.theothersgoaway.

白花说道：

“白蝴蝶，进来吧。

其它的蝴蝶走开”

Thethreebutterfliessaytogether:

“wearegoodfriends.Wemuststaytogether”

三只蝴蝶一齐说：

“我们是好朋友。

我们必须待在一起”

Theyflyundertherain.Theyarecoldandafraid

他们飞到雨中。

他们又冷又怕

Buttheydon’twanttoleavetheirfriends.

但是他们不想离开他们的朋友

Justthen,thesuncomesout.

正在那时，太阳出来了

Hesmilesandstopstherain.

他微笑着，让雨停了

It’ssunnynow.Thebutterfliesdanceandplayinthegarden.

天晴了。

蝴蝶们又开始在花园里跳舞和玩耍了

Theyarehappy!

他们非常开心

Naughty Monkey 

    It’s very hot.. An old man is asleep on the chair. A fly comes and sits on the end of the man’s nose. The old man has a naughty monkey. He chases the fly.     The fly comes back again and sits on the old man’s nose again. The monkey chases it away again and again. 

    This happens five or six times. The monkey is very angry. He jumps up, runs to the garden and picks up a large stone.     When the fly sits on the old man’s nose again, the monkey hits it hard with the stone. 

  He kills the fly and breaks the old man’s nose. 

 调皮的猴子 

 天气很热。

一位老人在椅子上睡着了。

  一只苍蝇飞来落在老人的鼻子上。

  老人有一只顽皮的猴子。

猴子在追打苍蝇。

  苍蝇再次飞落在老人的鼻子上，猴子一再追打苍蝇。

  这样往返了五六次，猴子很生气。

  他跳着跑到花园，捡起一块大石头。

 当苍蝇再次落在老人的鼻子上时，猴子用石头击中老人的鼻子上的苍蝇。

 他砸死了苍蝇也打破了老人的鼻子。

Thewolfiscoming

Once there was a boy who lived on a farm. Every day he had to take his father’s sheep to a hill. One day he tried to play a trick on the other people. He said to himself. I will call “wolf. wolf.” then everyone come to help me. It will be fun when they find out there is no wolf after all. So he cried:

 “wolf .wolf.” and everyone ran to help him. When they came he just said:

 “there is no wolf. It was only a joke.” He did this three times. Then one day a wolf really came. “Help!

 Help!

 The wolf is here.” called the boy. But everyone said:

 “No you know that there is no wolf. He is just calling us for fun. There is no danger.” So they did not go to help the boy. The wolf killed all the sheep then. 

狼来了 

从前，有一个住在农场里的孩子。

每天，他都要带他父亲的羊到山上去放。

一天，他想对其他人开一次玩笑。

他自言自语说道：

“我要叫“狼呀！

狼呀！

”那么，人人都会来帮我的了。

如果，他们发现根本没有狼，那么多有趣呀！

” 因此他叫道：

“狼呀！

狼呀！

”每个人都跑去帮助他。

当他们来到的时候，他只是说：

“这里没有狼，这只是一个玩笑。

” 他这样做了三次。

然后，有一天，一只狼真的来了。

“救命！

救命！

狼来了！

”男孩子叫道． 

但人人都说：

“我们知道那儿没有狼。

他只不过是因为好玩而叫我们。

那里没有危险的。

” 于是，他们没有去帮助那个男孩子。

狼便把所有的羊都咬死了。

A poor pig 

Danny is a little pig . He is unhappy because he wants 

to leave home to see the world . It’s a sunny day . Danny goes away when his parents are sleeping . on his way 

he meets an elephant , a peacock and a rabbit . At last , he gets to a lake . He looks at his reflection in the water and says, “I wish I have an elephant’s nose , a peacock’s tail and a rabbit’s ears .” after a while , Danny’s wish comes true . He runs back excitedly . 

But his parents can’t recognize Danny , “Go away , you’re not our son .” Danny goes to the lake again . “ I just want to be a pig .” He says sadly .Danny waits and waits . He becomes a pig again . 

Danny runs back quickly . His parents hug and say , “ This is our lovely baby .” 

可怜的小猪 

丹尼是只小猪，为此他很不开心，他希望自己能够拥有大象的鼻子、孔雀的尾巴、小兔的耳朵。

可是，当他的愿望实现的时候，爸爸妈妈却不认他了。

可怜的小猪决定，还是变回自己原来的样子吧。

A   Lazy  Fly 一只懒惰的苍蝇

  A farm!

 一个农场！

  Look!

  Beautiful flowers.   Hello, bees. 

看啊！

多美丽的花啊！

你好，蜜蜂。

  Hello, beauful flowers.   Look, a fly.   Oh!

 I’m hungry.   Eat, eat. 

你好，美丽的花儿。

看，一只苍蝇。

哦，我饿了，吃吃

  Thank you. Oh!

 I’m full. I’m sleepy.   The birds come. What a lazy fly!

谢谢你！

哦，我吃饱了。

我睡了。

小鸟来咯，多么懒得苍蝇啊！

Meow,meow,meow. The cat is working.   Oh, I’m hungry.   Go away!

 Lazy fly.   The cat is angry. 喵，喵，喵。

小猫工作着。

哦，我饿了。

走开！

走开！

懒苍蝇！

小猫很生气。

  Quack, quack, quack. The duck is working.   Oh, I’m hungry.   Go away!

 Lazy fly.   The duck is angry. 嘎嘎嘎！

小鸭工作着。

哦，我饿了。

走开，懒苍蝇。

小鸭很生气。

  Chip, chip, chip. The chicken is working. Oh, I’m hungry.   Go away!

 Lazy fly.   The chicken is angry. 叽叽叽。

小鸡工作着。

哦，我饿了。

走开，懒苍蝇。

小鸡很生气。

Oh, I’m hungry. I’m cold. It rains and rains. The lazy fly dies.

哦，我饿了。

我冷啊。

外面下着雨。

苍蝇死了。

Kitty  Goes  Fishing 小猫钓鱼

A little lake.  It’s sunny. Let’s go fishing. Miao.  OK. They walk to the lake. Let’s begin.  Miao. OK. 

Look ,a butterfly.  How beautiful!

  I’ll catch it. Run, run, run.  Stop, stop. Goodbye, Kitty. She’s gone. 

Come on, Kitty. A fish.  Oh, how big. I’ll fish again. 

Look ,a dragonfly.  How beautiful!

  I’ll catch it. Run, run, run.  Stop, stop. Goodbye, Kitty. She’s gone. 

Come on, Kitty. A big fish.  Oh, how big. I’ll fish again. Pay attention, Kitty. 

Yes, mummy. I’ll pay attention. Kitty, Kitty, let’s play. 

No, I’m fishing. Kitty, Kitty, let’s play. No, I’m fishing. 

Mummy, mummy, look. A big fish. Good, Kitty. How nice!

 How nice!

 Kitty is very happy.
