一、有关说明
1.考查对象
广播电视大学开放教育本科英语（教育方向）专业（本）及商务英语（国际商务方向）专业（本）学生。
2.启历时刻
从2012年春天开始利用。
3.考核目标
本课程的考核目标分听力要求和口语要求两方面：
听力要求：
（1）能大体听懂英语国家人士关于日常生活和社会、文化生活的谈话，理解中心大意，抓住主要观点或情节；能按照所听材料进行推理和分析，领会作者的态度、情感和真实用意，并用英语作简要笔记。
（2）能大体听懂语速为120词左右的慢速英语新闻广播节目和有关文化、教育等方面的非专题性讨论录音材料，理解大意，把握作者的用意、态度和情感。
口语要求：
（1）能在一般社交场合与英语国家人士较流畅地用英语进行交谈。
在交谈时能够恰本地进行应答和导入话题，能主动展开话题并维持交流顺畅，语音、语调自然，无重大语法错误，言语大体得体。
（2）能用英语就所熟悉的话题进行口头交流，能比较流畅和准确地用英语介绍我国的文化与国情。
在交流时能做到层次清楚地组织和表达思想，语言大体正确，言语大体得体。
4.考核方式及计分方式
本课程的考核采取两种形式：
形成性考核和课程终结考试。
课程总成绩为百分制，形成性考核占30%，课程终结考试占70%。
形成性考核包括对“形成性考核及学习档案”（电子版）中作业的完成情形、平时学习表现和参与教学活动的情形的考核。
课程终结性考试分听力和口语两部份，听力和口语成绩各占终结性考试成绩的50%。
课程由中央电大统一命题，在同一时刻全国统考。

本课程形成性考核的内容和课程终结考试的命题依据是中央广播电视大学“高级英语听说
（1）教学大纲”和《高级英语听说
（1）》教材中的内容。
二、考核方式与要求
（一）形成性考核
1.考核目的
本课程形成性考核的目的旨在增强对学生平时自主学习进程的指导和监督，重在对学生自主学习进程进行指导和检测，引导学生依照教学要求和学习计划完成学习任务，达到掌握知识、提高能力的目标。
2.考核手腕
形成性考核采用“形成性考核及学习档案”（电子版）的方式进行。
3.形成性考核各部份所占比重及计分方式
形成性考核满分100分，占总成绩的30%。
形成性考核包括三次形考任务，三次形考任务各占30分，平时学习表现及教学活动参与情形占10分。
形成性考核任务通过网上（）”课程端进行发布。

（二）终结性考试
1.考试目的
终结性考试是在形成性考核的基础上，对学生学习情形和学习效果进行的一次全面检测。
本课程的终结考试将重点测试学生对听说技术的掌握和实际运用语言进行交际的能力。
2.命题原则
第一，本课程的考试命题应严格控制在教学大纲规定的教学内容和教学要求的范围之内。
第二，考试命题应覆盖本课程教材的第一到十五单元，既全面，又重点突出。
第三，每份试卷所考的内容，应覆盖本课程教材70%以上的内容。
第四，试题应难易适中，一般来讲，可分为：
容易、适中、较难三个程度，所占比例大致为：
容易占20%，适中占60%，较难占20%。
3.考试方式
终结性考试听力部份采用闭卷、笔试的方式进行考核。
考生边听试题录音边答题。
考生不得携带任何形式的参考资料和电子读物。
口语考试采取面试方式进行。
每场面试由两名教师主持、一名考生参加，考生进入备考室后抽取一套考卷，通过预备后进行面试。
4.考试时限
听力考试时刻长度为30分钟。
口语考试考生抽得考卷后预备5分钟，正式面试为5分钟。
5.特殊说明
听力考试需在有录音（光盘）播放设备的教室进行，考试前应检查录音播放功能是不是正常。
