多媒体会议室：
1200元/年
2、客户安装多媒体会议室，包括投影机，广播系统，多媒体会议室线路。
3、交换机及配套设备损坏需更换设备材料，按市场价收取成本费用。
二、用户现在配置
乙方为甲方安装西门子3800集团电话，8条ISDN外线24对功能用户端口48对普通用户端口1条PRI专线（100个DID号）。
应付技术维护费用：

结合贵司（格兰富水泵（上海）有限公司广州办分公司）是我司多年的老客户，现予以优惠为人民币：
￥4,200.00元整。
三、乙方责任范围
在维护合约有效期间，乙方负责对程控交换设备的正常保养，定期进行检查设备的运作，按用户要求修改系统数据，一旦交换机出现故障时，接到通知24小时内（节假日除外）赶到现场进行维修，使设备正常运行。
1、每月定时对设备系统进行维护、保养
（1）检查、清理主机、电路板、机柜
（2）系统线路由配线架起到分机线路保养
（3）系统程序的检测、监控
2、当甲方需要对系统内各分机（或主机）位置作调整，线路必须作小范围铺设或迁移，乙方只收取材料费外，免费为甲方进行线路调整。
3、当甲方对原系统功能需作调整（开发或删除各样功能时）,乙方将免费为甲方进行程序重置、编排。
4、甲方原有设备确因机件损耗或无法修复，需要更换零配件时，乙方按成本收回零件费用外，代为顾客重新购置、安装所需设备。
5、当甲方对原有系统需要扩充或对原有系统功能使用不满意时，乙方按折旧价回收旧机，提供新机的选购、安装服务，并以优惠价格向甲方提供新设备。
6、本协议不包括一切由意外、错误操作、外壳损坏、盗窃、火灾、水灾、天灾或第三者造成而导致设备之一切损坏。
各因上述原因而导致设备需要进行修理，一切有关费用，包括人工、零配件及一切必须支出，概由甲方负责。
四、用户责任范围
1、甲方须为设备提供并保持合适的安装环境，安装完成后，该设备或其中一部分之加装，拆除改装转移等工作，只可由本公司受权之雇员或代表处理，并必须另外收费。
2、乙方工作人员进行维护时，甲方应积极协调配合，提供必要的作环境。
五、合同总价
本合约总额为人民币：
肆仟贰佰元整（￥4,200.00）
六、合同的延续
1、协议双方可以在协议签署开始的第一年底向另一方提出终止合同，本协议可在中止
前60日内续签。
客户须在此保养服务期满前交下期保养费，否则必须缴付额外之验机费。
2、维护合约为长期项目，一般期限至少为一年。
七、付款方式：
合同签订三天内，乙方即向甲方付维护合约费用全款为人民币:
￥4,200.00元。
八、维护合约日期由2009年8月1起至2010年7月31日止
九、本合约一式两份，甲乙双方各执一份。

3.TheresponsibilityofPartyB
Duringthedurationofthemaintenancecontract,PartyBisresponsibleforthenormalmaintainanceoftheSPCExchange,checktheoperationofequipmentsregularly,amendthesystemdataaccordingtotherequirementoftheuser.Andoncetheswitchfails,theyshouldarrivedonthescenetodealwithitwithin24hours（holidayexcepted）afterreceivingthenotification.

（3）whenPartyAneedstoadjustthefunctionsoftheoriginalsystem（todeveloportoremovevariousfunctions）,PartyBshouldresetandreprogramtheproceduresforPartyBfreely.
（4）WhentheexistingequipmentsofPartyAarewear-and-tearandarebeyondrepair,andneedtobereplaced,PartyBshouldnotonlytakebackthesparepartsattheircostsbutalsorepurchaseandreinstalltheequipmentsforPartyB.
（5）whenPartyAneedstoexpandtheexistingsystmorisnotsatisfiedwiththefunctionsofit,PartyBshouldtakebackitatdepreciationvalueandoffertopurchaseanewoneforPartyAatfavorablepriceandprovideinstallationservice.
（6）ThisAgreementdoesnotincludeanydamageresultfromaccidents,operationerror,
casingdamage,stealing,fire,flood,naturaldisasterordamagecausedbyathirdparty.Ifanyrepairmentproducedduetotheabovereasons,thenalltherelevantcosts,includinglaborcost,costofpartsandothernecessaryexpensesshallberesponsiblebythePartyA.
4.theresponsibilityofPartyA
（1）PartyAshallprovideandmaintainasuitableinstallationenvironment.Afterinstallation,onlytheauthorizedemployeesorrepresentativesoftheCompanycandealwiththeretrofitting,removementandmodificationofthedevice,andthiswillproduceadditionalcharge.
（2）Duringthemaintenance,PartyAshouldcooperatewiththestaffssentbyPartyBandprovidenecessaryenvironment.
5.Thetotalcontractprice
Thecontractpriceamountsto4,200.00RMBonly.
6.Contractextension
（1）Bothpartieshavereservedrighttoterminatethecontractattheendofthefirstcontractedyearandtheextendcontractcanbesigned60daysbeforetheterminationofthecontract.
ButPartyBhavetopaymaintenancefeefortheextendcontractbeforetheexpiryofmaintenancewarranty,otherwisePartyBhavetopayadditionalfeefortheinspectionmachine.
（2）Thismaintenancecontractisalong-termprojectandthedurationisatleastoneyear.
7.Methodofpayment:
PartyAshouldpayPartyBWithinthreedaysafterthesigningofcontractforthetotalcostofthemaintenancecontractamountingtoRMB:
￥4,200.00only.
8.Themaintenancecontracttakeseffectfrom1stAugust2009to31stJuly,2010.
9.Thiscontracthasbeenmadeoutintwoidenticalcopies,oneforeachcontractingparty.
