VendorContract

Thiscontractservesasanagreementbetween[Client]and[Vendor].Itbecomeseffectiveon[Date]andinvolvesservicesprovidedfor[Event],whichwillbeheldon[DateofEvent]from[Eventstarttime]to[Eventendtime].

TheVendorherebyagreestoprovidethefollowingservicesfortheEventinexchangeforfinancialcompensationoutlinedbelow:

Compensation 

Inexchangefortheservicesdescribedabove,theClientagreestoprovidetheVendorwithatotalpaymentsumof$[______________].Anon-refundablefeeof20%ofthisamountor$[______________]shallbepaidupontheutionofthiscontract,withthebalanceduenolessthanfive（5）businessdayspriortotheEvent.

EventLogistics 

TheVendorshallhaveaccesstotheEventlocationbeginningat[Starttime]on[Date]inordertosetuptheappropriatestations,goods,orotheritemsnecessaryinordertocompletetheservicesdescribed. 

Itemsthatrequirephysicaldisplayspacemustbenolargerthan[Dimensions]andshallbedisplayedinacleanandorderlyfashionthroughoutthecourseoftheEvent.NogoodsorservicesnotdescribedabovemaybesoldordistributedduringthisEventwithouttheClient’sexpresswrittenconsent. 

Followingtheevent,theVendorwillhaveuntil[Endtime]tobreakdownallequipmentandcleartheareaofallgoods.TheVendorisrequiredtoleavetheareainacleanandserviceablemanner.

ProfessionalAppearance 

TheVendorwilldisplayanappearanceandmannerappropriatewiththemoodandthemeoftheEventbeingheld.ThevendingstationwillnotinanywayinterferewiththeEventonhand,norwillvendingstaffleavethestationunattended.AnyspecialdressorappearancerequirementsoutsideoftheacceptednormwillbediscussedinadvancebetweentheClientandtheVendor. 

Bysigningbelow,boththeClientandtheVendorindicatethattheyhaveread,understand,andagreetoalltermsandconditionsoutlinedinthiscontract.
