505愿意从界面上通过用户的友好界面进行服务与维修。
其基本程序体系结构为离散模拟输入/输出与Modbus通讯（插图说明见5-1）。
当控制电源加电与CPU下达自检测完成后，控制面板显示readystatus就绪状态（ControllingParameter调节参数/PushRunorProgram）。
505正常工作体系结构分为两部分，即：
theRunModeandtheProgramMode（设置全部的工作参数见第四章）。
运行模式仅为正常工作操作方式与用户去浏览工作参数和启动汽轮机。
预检（服务）模式同样可用需制做另外附加的调整机构，当装置运行时可以在服务模式上看见容积信息。
表5-1 基本程序体系结构

etc.）arealwaysactiveifthefunctionisprogrammed.TheADJUSTUP/DOWN,
ENTER,YES/NOkeys,however,areonlyactivewithcertainscreens.Figure5-2
canbereferredto,whendeterminingwhatkeysareactiveandwhatscreenswill
appearonthedisplay.
运行模式控制键与屏显见表5-2综述，这个图表显示全部的下级屏显并显示出来。

表5-2也显示在屏幕上各功能键的功能。
这些热键（Speed,Aux,
etc.）总是在组态程序功能后处于激活状态。
那些ADJ（ADJUST调整键）UP/DOWN、ENTER、YES/NO键、不论何时仅在确定屏显时处于激活状态。

The505isafieldconfigurablesteamturbinecontrolandoperatorcontrolpanel
（OCP）integratedintoonepackage.The505’sservicepanelconsistsofa30-key
keypadandLEDdisplaylocatedonthefrontofthecontrol.TheLEDdisplayhas
two,24characterlinesthatcanbeusedtodisplayoperatingparametersand
trouble-shootparametersinplainEnglish.Theservicepanelisusedtoconfigure
the505,makeOn-Lineprogramadjustments,andoperatetheturbine/system.
Noadditionalpanelsarerequiredtooperatetheturbine,everyturbinecontrol
functioncanbefromthe505’sfrontpanel.However,theturbinecanalsobe
operatedremotely.Everyfrontpanelcontroloperationcanbeperformed
remotelythroughcontactsorModbuscommunications.Forsafetypurposes,
however,the505’sOverspeedTestfunctioncannotbeperformedthrougha
Modbuslink.
键区与显示
505汽轮机控制配置范围与操作员控制面板（简称OCP）整合在一个安装包内。
505维护操作面板同由30个键组成，键民LED显示固定在前面板上，国LED有两行显示，可显示24个字符供用户显示工作参数与用浅显的英语进行故障参数检修。
这个面板是用配置505，做在线程序调整，与运行汽轮机系统。
不需要另外附加面板支控制汽轮机，每次汽轮机控制功能可从505控制面板操作。
无论何时汽轮机也能遥控操作。
每次从控制面板操作都能完成任务。
遥控通过接点或MODBUS通讯。
出于安全的目的，无论何时，都不能把超速试验通过连接MODBUS来完成任务。

However,fromthe505’sservicepanel,thekeysthatareactivewillbeapparent

arespective“Hot”key（Aux,Casc,KW,etc.）functionisnotprogrammed,a
FUNCTIONNOTPROGRAMMEDmessagewillbeappearifthekeyispressed.

运行模式下的前面板键
从详细的描述至每一个505键的功能见第一章的30个键的控制面板，在运行模式下它们不是总在激活状态下，而是在一定的时间内才可用。
无论何时从505操作面板，那些可用的键总是有显示的，以后那儿有即时反馈显示，当键入活动中的按键时，当各自的热键（Aux,Casc,KW,etc.）功能没有组态时，如果按下此键时，将显示FUNCTIONNOTPROGRAMMED信息，以下是通用的当决定什么时候将要键入什么功能时。

起动过程
在汽轮机启动前查阅汽轮机厂家的操作程序完善信息。
比较第三章的手册一步一步的配置程序，依靠启动模式下的选择，下面是典型的启动程序（生产过程）。
SpeedKeyScreens
Figure5-4showsthepossiblescreensthatmayappeariftheSPEEDkeyis
pressed.OnlythescreensrelatedtotheSpeedcontrol’sprogrammed
functionalitywillbedisplayed.Inaddition,theorderofthescreensmaychange
dependingonthestatusofthecontrol.Screens4,5and6willalwaysappear.If
idle/ratedisprogrammed,screen1willappear.Iftheautostartsequenceif
programmed,screens2and3willappear.Oncetheautostartsequenceis
complete,thesescreensnolongerappear.
转速键显示
表5-4表示可能需要的显示，如按下SPEED键。
仅显示与转速控制有关的程序功能补充，那些显示可能会变化，用控制面板开机。
4、、5、6、总是有显示的。
如在空转/额定程序下，1将显示。

屏显1仅显示空转/额定的配置和低转速的额定设置。
初次在屏显1上设定适当的转速后见屏显4.
屏显2$3仅显示自动开机的配置和至额定转速的设置。
屏显5＆6仅显示用户动态可调。
这（*）表示可调参数去用ADJ调节，这＠符号必须是在线显示状态下，然后移动选择键进行选择。
Idle/RatedStart
Fordetailsontheidle/ratedstartup,refertoChapter3.WhenaRUNcommand
isissued,the505automaticallydisplaystheSPEEDscreenandshowsthe
Idle/Ratedstatus.Thespeedsetpointisinstantlysettotheactualturbine’s
speed.Toincreasethespeedtotheprogrammed‘RatedSetpt’setting,select
theRatedcommand.ARatedcommandcanbeissuedbypressingthefront
panelYESkeyfromtheIdle/Rtdscreen（screen1）,closingtheIdle/Rated
contact（ifprogrammed）orselectingaGoToRatedcommandfromModbus
communications.
空载/额定 启动
空载/额定启动的详细资料，查阅第三章。
当发出运行命令时，505自动显示速度和显示空载/额定状态。
转速设置点就立即去设置汽轮机的转速。
通过程序“RatedSetpt（额定转速设置点）”设置加速，选择额定转速命令。
从Idle/Rtd屏显（screen1）下，额定转速命令的发出可通过按下控制面板YES键，closingtheIdle/Ratedcontact（ifprogrammed）orselectingaGoToRatedcommandfromModbus communications.（未用）
WhenthespeedsetpointisrampingtotheRatedSetpointsettingitcanbe
stoppedatanypointthatisnotwithinacriticalspeedavoidancebandbyissuing
aSpeedSetptRaiseorLowercommand.Thiscanbedonebypressingthe
ADJUSTUPorDOWNfromthefrontpanelSPEEDscreen（screens1,2,3or4）,
closingaSpeedRaise/LowercontactinputorselectingSpeedRaiseorLower
fromaModbuscommunicationslink.
当转速设置点是按坡度（曲线）时去额定转速设置点设置它时，它能暂停在任一点但不能在临界转速之内避免波动转速设置点升高或降低命令。
通过按下控制面板选择SPEED屏显（屏显123或4），closingaSpeedRaise升高/Lower降低contactinput输入接点orselecting
