RecallingthescenethatonemonthagoIlefthometoZhaoqingforjobsearch,Ifeltsouncomfortable.Maybeduetocomingtoastrangeplaceanditwasmyfirsttimetoleavemyhome.Itwasabitmuchforme.AtthethoughtofthedecisionIhavemade,Ididn’tregretandshakeit.Istartedtoadjustmymentalattitudeandpreparedforjobinterviewonthatnight.ThenextmorningIgotupearlyandwenttotheinterviews.

Duringthismonth,IhavegotthechancetoworkinthiscompanyandIwasacompletelygreenhand.ItwasmyfirsttimethatIworkedinarealcompany.IfeltalittlenervousbecauseIhadnoideaofwhatkindofjob.Inspiteofthiscompanyisconnectwithmusic.DuringthistimeIworkasanteacherintheoffice,helpedtodealwiththelanguagework.AndsometimesIwillteachstudentstodotheirhomeworkandalthoughsomestudentwillmakemeangry.Practicemakesperfect.Aftermorethanthreeyearsofacquiringknowledgeincollege,IfeelcompletelylikepracticingwhatIhavelearned.Istillremembermyfirstclassacoupleofweeksago.Iwasverynervousatfirst.Morethanfiftyeyesstaredatme.Atthattime,Iwasstressedout.TenminuteslatelyIgraduallyrelaxedandgavethelessoncalmly.Itriedmybesttomaketheclassproceedsmoothly.Andallthestudentswerecompletelyinvolvedintheclass.Afterclass,mostofthemsurroundedmewithsmilesandsaidhowmuchtheylikedtheclass.Ifeltflattered.Inthemeantime,IsuddenlyfoundIwassohappytobeateacher.BesidesIalsodidsomedailyandeasyworkbecauseofmylackofworkexperience.

IrememberthetalkbetweenmyteacherandIinonetime:

“Beingateacherisnotaeasyjob〞WhenIcametothiscompany.Shesaid:

“Youshouldhavestudentsinyoumind,Ateacherisnotonlyaguideinstudybutalsoafriend,fatherormother.〞Iwillalwaysrememberwhatmyteachersaidtomeandtobeabetterteacher.Iknowthatattitudeiseverything.Onemustbestrictintheworktime.

Itisreallyapleasurethatyouaretrustedandappreciatedforyourworkbyothers.Theyconsideredmeastheirclosefriends.NeverhadIbeensosurethatIwouldchooseteachingasmyundertaking.FortherestofthemonthIkeptdoingallIcantofinishmywork.Notonlyforthestudents,butalsoformyself.Itakethisexperienceasabeginningofmyfuturestudyingandworking.

Thoughhardandalitterboring,Icanbeapartofthesocialsocietyandenjoyedthepressureandcompetitionfromtheoutsideworld,quitedifferentfromschoolyard.Andalso,manydisadvantagesandweaknesshaveshockedmesomuchduringthistime.However,now,aftersuchalongtimetraining,Iwillbesilenttoacceptwhattheyteachme,andthemself-questionmyselftomakesomechanges.W

Internshipsmustbeveryfamiliarforeverygraduate.InChina,itisourtraditionaltohaveinternshipsbeforegraduating.Theythinkitisgoodforstudentstoexperiencethesociallifeinadvance.Althoughitcouldn’treceivetheagreementofallpeople,butIthinkitwilldogoodtostudents.Thereareseveralreasonstosupportmyopinion.

’smore,studentscanfigureouttheirdirectiononfindingjobsthroughinternships.Asstudentsspendmostoftheirtimeonstudy,mostofthemareconfusedaboutfindingjobs.Theydon’tknowwhatkindofjobtheyshouldfind.Throughinternship,theycanatleastknowtheirattitudeonthejobtheyareworking,eventheycanfigureouttheircareeraim.Inconclusion,internshipshavemanyadvantages,especiallyforthosestudents,whodonothaveanyworkingexperience.Theyshouldconsideritasagoodchance.

WhatIlearnedatschoolissolimitedthatIcanhardlyputintopracticewhenfacethedifferentquestioninsociety.ThereisnodoubtIwilldomybest.Thankstothispractice,Ilearnedaloteverydayandstrengthenedmywilltodevotemyselftotheeducationinthenearfuture.
