SafetyManager–Todevise,manage,maintainandimplementtheHealth&

SafetySystemandtoinformtheDirectors/ManagingDirectoroftheirresponsibilitiesinensuringthesystemisfullycompliedwith.ToactastheLeadAuditorandscheduleInternalAuditsandliaisewiththeExternalAuditorinhis/herAuditrequirements.

InternalAuditors–TocarryoutInternalAuditstoensurethattheStandardisimplementedandup-todate.Reportanynon-conformitiesornon-co-operationtotheLeadAuditororCompanyDirector.

SiteManagers–Toensurethatanysiteundertheircontrolimplementsallrequirementsofthestandardandanynon-conformityareacteduponandreportedtotheSafetyManager.

SiteStaff–Toimplementallaspectsofthestandardduringtheirdailyworkduties,reportingtotheSiteManageranditem（s）thattheyfeelmayneedattentionoralteration.

StoresManager–Toensurethatallmaterialsarestoresinasafemannerandthatallhealth&

safetyrequirementsareimplementedwithinthestoresandallstoresprocedures.

StoresStaff–TocomplywiththerequirementsandinstructionsgivenonHealth&

SafetyissuesbytheStoresManageroranySeniorMemberofStaff.

OfficeManager–ToensurethatallrequirementsoftheStandardareimplementedwithintheofficeenvironment.

GENERALPOLICYSTATEMENT

Ourpolicyistoprovideandmaintainsafeandhealthyworkingconditions,equipmentandsystemsofworkforallemployees.Wealsoacceptourresponsibilityforthehealthandsafetyofotherpeoplewhomaybeaffectedbyouractivities.

Thereforethecompanyacceptstheresponsibility:

i）Toprovideandmaintainsafeandhealthyworkingconditionsontheirpremisesandsitesofclients,takingaccountofrelevantstatutoryrequirements.

ii）Toprovidesuchtrainingandinstructionasmayberelevanttotheirparticularoperationstoassistemployeestoperformtheirworksafelyandefficiently.

iii）Tomakeavailablesuchsafetydevicesandprotectiveequipmentasmaybeappropriateandtosecurethesupervisionofthereuse.

iv）Tomaintainacontinuinginterestinhealthandsafetymattersapplicabletotheactivitiesinwhichtheyareinvolvedandformanagementtosetanexampleinsafebehaviour.

v）Thecompanywillactivelycarryoutriskassessmentsofallaspectsofthebusiness.

vi）Toensurethatallemployeesareawareoftheirresponsibilitieswithregardstoenvironmentalmatters.

Employeesofthecompanyhaveadutytoco-operateinthisobjective:

i）Byworkingsafelyandefficiently.

ii）Byproperlyusingsafetydevicesandprotectiveequipmentprovidedandbymeetingstatutoryobligations.

iii）Byreportingincidentswhichhaveledormayleadtoinjuryordamage.

iv）Byadheringtocompanyproceduresandobservinginstructionsdesignedtocontributetotheprotectionofhealthandsafety.

v）Byco-operatingintheinvestigationofaccidentswiththeobjectofintroducingmeasurestominimisethepossibilityofrecurrence.

1.PURPOSE

Theaimofthisprocedureistoidentifythehealth&

safetyaspects,legalandotherrequirementsofitsactivities,productsandserviceswithinthedefinedscopeofthehealth&

safetysystem,takingintoaccountplannedandnewdevelopments,ornewormodifiedactivities,productsandservices.Alsotodeterminethoseaspectsthathassignificantimpact（s）onthehealth&

safetyofanyperson（s）ororganisationsthatcomeintocontactwiththecompany.

2.SCOPE

Thescopeoftheprocedureistoidentifyandplantheactivitiesthatthecompanyhave,andproduceadetailedactionplanthatcanbeimplementedandmaintainedtoensurethatthecompanyattainsandmaintainstheOHSAS18001;

2007Accreditation.AnActionPlanwillbeproducedtodeterminethewayforwardintheimplementationoftheStandard.Objectives,targetsandprogramme（s）willbeimplementedwhererequired

3.PROCESS

PlanningoftheHealth&

SafetyManagementSystemwillbeoverseenbytheManagingDirectorinconjunctionwiththeCompanyDirectors.ThedailyrunningandmanagingofthesystemwillbeoverseenbytheHealth&

SafetyManager.
