1.Gascleaning,ventilatingandair-conditioning

1.1Outline

Themainprocessequipmentsofsteel-makingsystemaretwoconverterof160t,twoladleof160t,tworailtankdesulphurizationstations,onefurnaceof160tVD,andcorrespondingauxiliaryfacilitiesofpublic.

Thedesignsetthecorrespondinggascleaningandventilation,air-conditioningfacilities,accordingtotheprocessrequirement.Inordertomeetthetechnologicalrequirementsofproductionandhumanhealth,preventenvironmentpollution.Gascleaningandventilation,air-conditioningfacilitiesmainlycomprise:

(1)Initialgaspurifiesandgasrecoverysystemofconverter

(2)Secondstategaspurifyofconverter

(3)FlueGasCleaningSystemofhotmetalfoldingtank;

(4)Gascleaningsystemindesulphurizationstations

(5)Gascleaningsysteminrefiningfurnace(incl.fluxandferroalloyloadingdustcleaningsystem)

(6)Ventilatingandair-conditioninginpublicfacilities.

1.2Firstde-dustingandgasrecoverysystemofconverter

Infirstde-dustingandgasrecoverysystemofconverter,wedesigntwoprograms,girthwetdustcleaningsystemandLTdryelectricitydustcleaningsystem.Volumegasrecovery>90m3(standardcondition)

2)Processofdustcleaningsystem(wetdustcleaningprogram)

Thetemperatureofinitialwastegaswillgodownto900℃afterpassingthroughcoolingflue.Gasgoesintothesprayscrubberthroughtheswirlingwaterseal,Aftergoingthroughthesprayscrubber,dustover5micronsinthegaswillattachtothebasicwaterspray,Undertheactionofgravity,integratedwashingdustwatersettlesatlowestplaceinthebottomofthetowerandreachescirculatingwatertreatmentstationthroughawatersealdevice,thepipelineandturbidwatertank

Throughthesprayscrubber,thetemperatureofgaswilldecreasefrom900℃tosaturationtemperature75℃,efficiencyofdustcollectionreach97%.Thesaturategaswillenterannulargapscrubberthroughconnectingpipe.

Theannualtapscrubberprovidesadjustablegirththroat,themicro-pressuredifferenceinsideandoutsidethemouthcantranslateintheelectricsignalbythedifferentialpressuretransmitter.Ledbyadjustingthehydraulicactuatorunitaction,drivewithintheventuritubeupanddownmovementwithinthecone,thetemperatureofwastegasinannualtapdecrease7℃,andtheoutlettemperatureis68℃.

Theannualtapscrubberisdualthroat,andworkflowratestabilizedat80-100m/s.theminimumdesignvelocityis60m/s,whilethemaximumdesignflowrateis120m/s,diameterofdropletsisbetweentwenty-fiveandseventymicrons,dustremovalefficiencycanreach98~99.9%.

Aftertreatment,concentrationoffluegasemissionwillbe<50mg/m3(standardconditions).

Afterairwithwaterdropletsentersthe90obendevaporator,duetothesubjectofinertiaandcentrifugaleffect,Waterdropletsleftbehindtothevaneofevaporatorandwallofthedeviceandshedalongthewall,atthelowestpointthroughthepipeline,watersealdeviceanddrainagetrap,thedropletsreachthecirculatingwatertankstation.

Inordertoachievebetterdewateringeffect,behindthe90obendevaporatorthere-establishmentofacycloneevaporatorisinstalledtofurtherseparateddropletsfromthefluegas.Waterdropletsundertheactionofcentrifugalforceisseparatedandcollectedintheinnerwallofthecontainer.Aftercollectingthewateratthebottomofthelowestpointinthecone,itwillreachcirculatingwatertankstationthroughpipeline,watersealanddrainagetrap.

Fanofwastegascleaningsystemisdoublesupport,doubleinlet,singleoutletturbinegasblowerswithautomaticspraycleaningimpellerwashsystem.

Theairflowofthefanis210000m3/h,thepressureisbetween23000Paand26000Pa.Theequippedmotoradoptfrequencycontroltoachieveenergysaving.

Afterthefan,weequippedacoalgasconverterstation,aemergencyreliefvalve,awatersealcheckvalveandaV-shapedwaterseal.

InthesystemMicro-elementsoxygenandCOcontinuousautomaticanalyzersareprovidedandchainwithswitchingstation,inorderthatcoalgasrecoveryandelutionconvertautomatically.Whenthegasrecoveryconditionmeets,convertthevalvetorecoverystate,atthattimetheconvertergastransportstogastankthroughthewatersealcheckvalve;whentheconditionisnotsatisfied,convertthevalvetoelutionstate,theconvertergasexhaustsbythesixtymetershighchimney,whiletheignitionofthecokeovengaselectromagneticvalveopens,theignitiondeviceigniteovengasburnerautomatically,sothecoalgasdrainfromthechimneygetburned.Twominuteslater,theignitionofthecokeovengaselectromagneticvalveclosesautomatically.Whentheswitchingstationconverttorecoverystateagain,thesteamautomaticpurgedeviceinthebottomofbleedingchimneystartup,andshutdownautomaticallyafterapurgeofabouttwominutes.

Upstreamofgasswitchingstation,abypassvalveisinstalled.Iftheswitchingstationfailures,thebypassvalveopens,convertergaswilldiffusethroughbleedingchimney.

Thesystemequippedwithonlinetemperature,pressure,vibrationtestingandcontrolsystems,controlledbyPLC,whichhasman-machineinterface.

Themainequipments(eachconvertersetupagaspurificationsystem,eachsetofsystemshowsasfollows):

3).Processofde-dustingsystem(dryde-dustingprogram)

Forfirstgaspurificationandrecoverysystem,eachconvertersetsuponeset(thefollowingdescriptioniswrittenforoneset).ConvertergaspurificationandgasrecoverysystemusestheLTdryprogramforcleaningandrecycling.Thefurnacegasmixwithasmallamountofairathoodmouth,burningcoefficientα=10%,aftercooledbythecoolingflue,itcomesintothepurificationandrecoverysystem.TheLTdryprogramdevicemainlycomprisesgascoolingsystem,gaspurifyingandashconveyingsystem,Safetycontrolsystemandotherancillaryequipment.ThepurificationequipmentmainlyconsistsoffourelectricfieldroundESP,fluegasdustcontentafterpurificationwaslessthan15mg/m3(standardconditions).

Themainfunctionforequipmentsoffirstgaspurificationandrecoverysystemisshowedasfollows(eachconvertersetsupagaspurificationandrecoverysystem,thefollowingdescriptioniswrittenforoneset):

(1)Evaporativecooler

Evaporativecoolerisdirectcoolinggasequipment,whichadoublenozzlemediumsprayissetatthetopofthecoolerforfinesprayofwater;theamountofwaterisadjustedaccordingtothehotairexhaustenthalpy.Aftertheprocedure,temperatureofwastegaswillgodownto180℃,anddustconcentrationofwastegasdecreasesabout40%

(2)Dryelectrostaticprecipitator

Aftercooledbyevaporatorcooler,theconverterwastegasentersdryelectrostaticprecipitator.Inorderthatthedryelectrostaticprecipitatorhasbetterexplosion-proofabilityandaerodynamiccharacteristics,itsshellisdesignedtocylindrical,inthecaseofconvertergasexplosion,inordertoensuresafetyofequipment,therearefourscalableexplosionventingandautomaticresetofthesafetyvalveintheelectrostaticprecipitatorinletandoutletoftheconeparts.Fourdryelectrostaticprecipitatorsensurethatgasdustconcentrationcanbelessthan20mg/m3(standardcondition)aftertreatingbydryelectrostaticprecipitatorwithfourfields.

ProcessDesignoftheElectricDustCatcherofConverterGasSystem

Thedustcontentintheconvertergascomingoutofgasholderwillbeashighas~l00mg/m3,whichcannotusedinthesteelmakingandrollingsystem.Inordertomeettherequirementofconsumers,purificationwillbedesignedforconvertergastoreducethedustcontenttol0mg/m3orbelow.

Themaximumdeliveryflowoftheconvertergasrecoverysystemis~43000m3/h,sotwo60000m3/hplate-typeelectricdustcatcherswillbedesigned.

Theelectricdustcatcherswillbelocatedbetweengasholderoutletandbooster,i.e.theconvertergascomingoutofgasholderwillbesenttoelectricdustcatchersthroughΦ1620x8.Beforeenteringelectricdustcatchers,theconvertergasshouldpassDN1600butterflyvalveandgogglevalve.Convertergaspurifiedintheelectricdustcatcherswillgothroughgogglevalveandelectricbutterflyvalvebeforeenteringboostingsystem.

Controloftheelectricdustcatcherswillberealizedthroughcomputersinstalledincontrolroom.Inordertocleanelectricdustcatchers,continuousandintermittentwaterspraysystemwillbedesignedfortheelectricdustcatchers.

Inordertoachieveautomaticcontroloftheelectricdustcatchers,automaticprocessdetectionsystemwillbeprovidedtoprovidesuchcontrolfunctionsassparkfrequencytracking,peakvalvetracking,intermittentdischargeandetc.,soastoadjustproductionprocessintermittently,hencetooptimizetheworkingconditionofequipment.
