Ifeachofusdoesalloftheselittlethings,allofus,millionsandmillionsofindividualstogether,togetherwewillbestrong…strongenoughtochangeourworld!
Soplease,thenexttimeyoudosomething,thinkhowyouractionsinfluen___notonlyyou,butthosearoundyoutoo,especiallyourchildren…andperhapsmoreimportantly…ourpla!
改变
列夫·托尔斯泰曾说过：
每个人都想改变这个世界，但是没有人想到改变自己。
他说的很有道理，我们每个人都心怀伟大时志向，时刻准备去干一番能造福全人类的大事业。
比如，我们痛恨环境污染，所以我们下定决心去___新的更高效更干净的能源来保护我们的环境，但是同时我们却随手乱扔垃圾;我们抱怨大城市的交通堵塞，计划造更多的高速路来解决交通问题，但是我们从来没有想过，如果我们能遵守交通规则话，那么这一问题是不是可以得到很大得缓解呢?
我们担心电视电影里面得___会对我们得孩子产生不良的影响，于是我们敦促___通过立法来保护未成年人，但是我们这些大人又做得怎么样呢?
我们为我们的下一代做好了表率吗?
我们说粗话，甚至在孩子面前抽烟。
不客气地说，我们对孩子的不良影响更多!
在我看来，在我们打算改变这个世界之前，我们最好先改变一下自己。
作为一个普通人，我们其实没有改变这个世界的能力，但是我可以改变我们随地扔垃圾，随地吐痰的坏习惯，我们应该学会去保护环境，我们应该为我们的孩子起好的表率作用。
如果我们每个人都能从小事起，那么千千万万个人力量汇聚在一起，那力量是强大的，足以改变这个世界。
朋友，当您在做某一件事情的时候，请您想一想，您的行为会对您周围的人产生怎样的影响，因为，您的行为不单单影响到您自己，还有您周围的人，更重要的是我们的孩子…甚至我们的世界。

我们只是自然大家庭中普通的一员
尊敬的评委，女士们、先生们。
今天我们聚在一起讨论一个热门的话题:
如何在新时代找到人与自然的和谐?
谈到科学技术，我必须承认，我是个门外汉。
但是，生活在这个“新时代”，看着自己亲爱的人时刻遭受呼吸疾病的折磨，看着美丽的蓝色和绿色被灰色和苍白所代替，意识到我们的地球母亲正越来越不健康，我忍不住要提出自己的主张，奉献微薄的力量，去寻找这一问题的答案。
古希腊有这样一个神谕:
了解自己。
我想在回答上述的问题时，这一先决条件是很重要的。
我们是谁?
这是一个间题，不仅应由专家来回答，而且应该由每一个人来回答。
也许有人会自豪地说:
我们是自然的主人。
许多年来，“人定胜天”这一观念已在许多人心中根深蒂固，这是事实。
___以来，人类以主人的姿态随心所欲、为所欲为，这也是事实。
不过，这种“主导”的后果是，今天所谓的“主人”面临着自己无法控制的问题。
证据是充足的。
温室效应使岛屿和沿海城市，比如___这颗东方明珠等，处于被海水侵吞的灾难危机之中;臭氧层的空洞使得地球不再适宜于居住，对其他动物如此，对人类也一样;厄尔尼诺现象和拉尼那现象使地球早涝成灾;污染所导致的疾病正以惊人的速度传播着……看到这些现象，我们还能无视这自然的反击吗?
我们不是自然的主人。
面对着自己造成的灾难，我们，整个人类，应该意识到我们只是自然大家族中普通的一员。
任何对自然的虐待只能遭到自然的报复。
我这样说，并不是指我们应该马上停止发展。
因为这会导致对人类社会生存的威胁。
我指的是我们应该平等地对待自然，给自然以生存和发展的机会，就像我们自身所寻求的一样。
只有这样，我们才会有一个皆大欢喜的境况。
我很高兴地发现地球各个地方的越来越多的人，正逐步意识到与自然的和谐是不断繁荣进步的出路。
这就是今天我们从全国吝地汇集在此讨论这一话题的原因。
我想引用尼克松先生的话来结束我的发言:
“我们的命运给予的不是失望之杯，是机遇之博。
”当然，未来不是我们能够预测的。
不过，紧紧抓住机遇，清楚地了解自己，我们人类，就一定能达成与自然的和楷，谢谢。

pea___fullyandalwaysundercontrol.Whatitrevealsistherealessen___ofperseveran___,“Inordertoachieve,sometimes,youneedtowait.”Andwhenitestothingsyoureallywantinlife,itisashardasitcouldpossiblybe.
Forme,singingisalifething.WhenIamsingingonthestage,Ifeelwhole-heartedlyinvolved,andtheself-fulfillmentitrendersisinexplicablythrilling.ButwithalltherealisticproblemsIneedtofa___inlife,allthoseIwantseemtoofartobetrue–sofarthatIamterrifiedthatIwillnevereverbeabletogetthereandthatgraduallyIwillbecarriedawaybythecurrentsandtorrentsoflife.I’vebeendrownedintothisambivalen___forsolong.Now,witharefinedperspectivetowardsself-realization,Iamwaiting,inagra___fulposture,andknowingthatIamgoingtogetthere.Andonthis,Ishouldsay,IoweYogaathank-you.
Istillremember,aboutoneyearago,IattendedaYogacoursefortheveryfirsttime.Andto___youthetruth,Iwentthereforani___figure.However,afterpracticingforsometime,Idiscoveredthattherewasanineffableinner-strengthburgeoningsneakilyinmewhileItotallyfocused.Inordernottoletgothissignificantpower,IstartedtopictureallIwantedinmymindwhileIwasfullycon___ntrating,forIbelievethewingsofi___ginationcould___kethingspossible.Ilearnedtobreathewithmydreams,shapingtheeagernessintothiselegantgestureofpersisting.
Andnow,ifyouaskmewhatexactlyis“theartofbreathing”,Iwouldsayitisindeed“theartofliving”.Itbinesthesearchofbalan___,thegra___ofpatien___,andtheawarenessofappreciation.
Soeventhoughfeelingsaretiedupwithliferoutines,IcouldstillholdontothatfreeEGOwhichIhavealwaysadored:
thegirlwhoissingingunderthespotlight,withallherheartandsoul;thegirlwhoisperseveringwithallshebelievesinandalwaysfeelsgratefulforwhathasbeenbestowedonher.
Thatgirlisnowstandingrighthereinfrontofyou,hopingthatyouareallasluckyassheis,livingwithdreamsandlove.No___tterhowtoughthingsget,I___myself,I___myselfthat,everysinglethingIamdoingnowiseverystepclosertothatverymomentofmytrajectory,justlikeeveryYogabreathtoeveryblossommomentofmylife.
有梦想的呼吸
我有个问题要问你。
你知道怎么呼吸吗?
“好吧，我知道你现在在想什么，”女孩，你在跟我开玩笑吗?
每个人都知道如何呼吸，“实际上，如果我是你在那里坐了下来，一年前，我会想，”她是如何使它的最后?

好吧，说正经的，我所说的是“呼吸的艺术”，这是关于瑜伽的呼吸：
和平的，总是在控制之下。

在此，我要说，我欠了瑜伽的一封感谢信。
我还记得，大约一年前，我第一次参加了瑜伽课程。
说实话，我去那里是为了一个好身材。
然而，练了一段时间后，我发现有一种不可言喻的内在力量，新兴的偷偷在我完全集中。
为了不让这种强大的力量，我开始想象所有我想在我的脑海里，而我是完全集中，因为我相信想象力的翅膀可以使事情成为可能。
我学会了与我的梦想一起呼吸，塑造了这一优雅姿态的渴望。
而现在，如果你问我什么是“呼吸的艺术”，我会说它确实是“生活的艺术”。
它结合了平衡的寻找，耐心的恩典，以及欣赏的意识。
所以即使感情与生活，我仍然可以保持自由的自我，我很喜欢：
是谁在聚光灯下唱歌的女孩，用她所有的心和灵魂;女孩坚持她相信永远感恩所赐予她的。
那个女孩现在正站在你面前，希望你能像她一样幸运，生活在梦想和爱中。
不管事情有多艰难，我告诉自己，我告诉自己，我现在所做的每一件事都是在我人生轨迹的那一刻更接近一步，就像每一次瑜伽呼吸对我生命中的每一刻。
