Abstract

TheadulteducationcollegeinOrdinaryinstitutionsofhigherlearningisoneofthemaineducationinstitutionstodevelopadulteducationinChina.Atpresent,theadulteducationcollegeencounteredmanydifficultiesinrecruitment,teachingandmanagement;Withthedevelopmentofinformationtechnology,collegeofadulteducationisfacedwiththetransactionfromtheoriginalcorrespondenceeducationmodetothecombinationofcorrespondenceeducationandmoderndistanceeducationmode.Continuingtocommoncollegesanduniversitiesteachingandmanagementmethodalreadycannotadapttothenewdevelopment.Inordertoimprovethequalityofadulteducationcollegeofeducation,enhancethecompetitiveness,itisnecessarytobuildadulteducationcollegeeducationservicesystemthatadapttothenewdevelopment.

 

Thisarticlefirstintroducesthetopicbackgroundanditssignificance,thesecondpartanalyzestherelatedconceptsofadulteducationservicesystematthepresentstage,thethirdpartanalysesthelackofadulteducationatthepresentstageinChina,thefourthpart,inlightoftheshortcomingsoftheadulteducation,putsforwardcleareducationalphilosophy,adheringtothecorrectguidingideology,takingmarketdemandastheguidancetoleadthedevelopmentofadulteducationandtakingsocialdemandasthemainlinetoconductcoursesystemandteachingcontentreformandtrainteacherstoimproveteachers'quality,establishingaretentionmechanism,toperfectthesystemofexcellentteachersandmanagementandincreasethegovernment'spropaganda,optimizingtheenvironmentofpolicylawsandregulations,Ihopeitcanprovidecertaintheoreticalandpracticalguidesforadulteducationinourcountry.

Throughthehistoricalprecipitationandverification,thethreemostvitalmajorfunctionsofinstitutionsofhigherlearningare:

cultivatingtalents,developingscienceandservingthesociety.Inabroadsense,trainingtalentsanddevelopingscienceareforthepurposeofservingsociety.Withtheexpansionofthescopeofsocialservicesincollegesanduniversities,serviceformstendtobemorediversified.Itsmainformsare:

teachingservice,scienceandtechnologyservice,informationandequipmentservice.Adulteducationbymeansofaseriesofeducation,cultivatesandimprovesthequalityoftheadult'spolitical,culturalandtechnicalbusiness,directlyandeffectivelyimprovesthelaborproductivityandcreateeconomicbenefits,servingsocialandeconomicdevelopment.Adulthigherdiplomaeducation,isanimportantpartofChinesehighereducation,scientificorientationisdirectlyrelatedtothedegreeofpopularizationofhighereducationtofurtherimproveandregionaleconomicdevelopmentassociation,conditioning,relationshiptoestablishtheirownadvantagesinservinglocaleconomicandsocialdevelopment,increasingopenness,flexibilityandadaptabilityofeducationincommoncollegesanduniversities.

First,wecanseefromtheperspectiveoftheserviceofeducation.Builduniversityadulteducationservicesystemcanmeettheneedsofthedevelopmentofhighereducationsituationandtheneedsofthestudents’growth.Alongwiththecontinuousdeepeningofthereformofadulthighereducationincollegesanduniversities,collegestudents'subjectconsciousnessandconsumerconsciousnessandtheconsciousnessofrightsandinterestsheightenquickely,theyputforwardhigherrequirementsonthequalityofadulthighereducationqualityoftheservice.

Second,let’sseefromtheperspectiveofsystemservices.Systemmeansthatseveralrelatedthingsorideologieslinkedtoeachotherandformawhole.Toeffectivelymanageservicesystem,serviceorganizationandmanagementpersonnelmustbepreparedforthecomplextraditionalmanagementworkssuchasplanning,organization,guideandcontrolandsoon.Ifschoolswanttoimprovetheirmarketcompetitiveness,attractalargenumberofstudentsandimprovethevisibilityandcredibility,theymustconducttheoverallportfolioofthecoreservice,helpeliminateservicesandproducts,ancillaryservices,andauxiliaryproducts,inordertoclingtocoreservices(teaching),well-designhelpeliminateservicesandancillaryservices(optimizeteachingmanagementandlogisticsmanagement),improvetheoverallservicequalityofeducation

Theresearchofthispapermainlyrevolvesaroundtwoaspectstodesigntheservicesystem.Oneistoimprovethemarketcompetitivenessofadulthigherdiplomaeducation,improveschoolvisibilityandcredibility,attractmorestudents,thesecondistoseizethecoreservice,optimizeteachingmanagementprocess,theoverallconsideringvariousserviceelements,improvingthequalityofeducation.

ServicemarketingexpertssuchasEricLangeard,JohnE.G.Bateson,Christopherh.lovelockandPierreEiglierthought,servicesystemisacompletesystem,consumerscanseesomeofthecomponentsofthesystem,can’tseeothercomponentsanddon'tevenknowsomeofthecomponents.Manyserviceenterprisesprovidewithaseriesofservices.Aconsumerwhousesaservicefacilities,evenifnotconsumeotherservices,heisalsolikelytoseeotherservices.Forexample,ifaguestonlyliveinthehotelroom,heislikelytoseethehotelrestaurant.FamousAmericanservicemarketingexpertG.LynnShostackusedaconceptof“line-vision”,theservicesystemwasdividedintothefrontdeskoperationsystemthatcanbeseenandthebackgroundofauxiliarysystemthatcan’tbeseen.Shethoughtthatanewservicesystemdevelopmentshouldhavethecharacteristicsofthefouraspects,say,objective,accurate,practical,andconvenienttooperation.Thewesterndevelopedcountrieshavealreadyestablishedanadulteducationservicesystem,involvinggovernment,enterprises,institutions,andlearners,andachievedgoodeffectinpractice.Itscharacteristicis:

legislativeguarantee,enterprisesupport,quickdevelopment,enoughfunding,completedisciplines,payingattentiontothedisciplineoverlapping,strengthenedcombinationofprofessionalandpart-timeteachertrendgradually,andmodernizationofteachingmeansandteachingmodediversification.

Domesticresearchersincreasinglyrealizetheimportanceoftheeducationservicesystem,toeducatefromtheperspectiveofservice,putthelearnerinthecenterposition,byconstructingservicesystemplatform,integratingallsortsofeducationresources,improvingthelevelofeducation.ProfessorWangChunxiaoandCaiHaoran,haddetaileddiscussionofservicesysteminthebookofservicemarketingandtheservicequalitymanagementandtheserviceenterpriseoverallqualitymanagement"andsoon.Moderndistanceeducationinourcountry,startedthepreliminarystudyandtrytoestablishtheadulteducationservicesystem,theChinesepeople'suniversitynetworkeducationinstitutecallstheservicemodeltheservicesystem,includingserviceorganizationsystem,technologysystemandservicecontentsystem,Chinaagriculturaluniversitynetworkcollegecontenteducationservicecallservicesystem,thecontentincludesinformation,resources,services,educationalservices,guidanceservicesandfacilitiesservices.Theylackoftheoreticalbasisintheconstructionofservicesystem,theirstudiesarenotintheoveralllevelresearchandconstructionofeducationservicesystem,onlystayinginthestudyofservicecontent.Newlyrichpaint"oncustomersatisfactionorientededucationservicesystemconstructionincollegesanduniversities",itputforwardsthattherelationshipbetweenhigherschoolsandstudentsarelikeorganizationsandcustomers.Accordingtotheconsensusofbusiness"organizationdependsoncustomers",thecustomeristhefoundationofthesurvivalanddevelopmentofinstitutionsofhigherlearning.Onlyifregardcustomersasthefocusofinstitutionsofhigherlearning,trytomeetthepersonalizedneedsofcustomersinhighereducation,andstrivetoexceedcustomerexpectations,tomaximizecustomersatisfaction,collegescanbeinanimpregnablepositionintheintensemarketcompetition.Therefore,inordertoimprovethecustomersatisfactionasthecenter,tocarryouttheeducationofcollegesanduniversitiesservicesystemconstructionstrategyresearchhasimportantrealisticmeaningandpracticalvalue.

2Anoverviewoftheadulteducationservicesystem

2.1Theconnotationoftheservice

Serviceisbasedonthematerialwealth,byimprovingconsumerutilitytocreatevalue.Ithasdualattribute,thefirstistheprocessofserviceattributes,itisthesamewithotherphysicalproductsmanufacturingprocess,bytheinput,processing,outputandseriesofinterconnectedactivities.Thesecondistheserviceproductattribute,incompanywiththeconceptofphysicalproducts,serviceisalsoakindofintangibleproduct.

First,satisfyingconsumerutility.Theso-calledutilityissatisfactionlevelthatconsumerscangetfromtheconsumptionofaphysicalproductorservice.Inordertomeetthesetworequirements,objectivelythereexistmanufacturingactivitiesinordertomeetthematerialdemandasthemaintargetandserviceactivitiestomeetthedemandsofconsumersspiritasthepurpose.

Inthesecondplace,wecanunderstandtheconceptofservicefromtheperspectiveofrelationshipbetweenagricultureandmanufacturingservices.
