摘要现代的社会是信息化的社会，也是计算机技术广泛应用和发展的时代，电子商务作为信息中的核心，其前景是无法预测的，电子商务对于统一国际市场，提高贸易效率以及更新贸易手段等多方面都有良好的推进作用，

同样的，电子商务在中国经济发展中日益重要，是增强国际竞争力必不可缺的，为了能够更好的参与国际市场竞争，为了能够在经济与贸易的全球化过程中保持利益最大化，我们必须重视电子商务的发展过程及趋势，　　仔细探究电子商务发展中的规律，以及这些规律对国际间的贸易产生怎样的影响，辨清消极影响以及积极影响规律是关键，　　然后根据这些规律作用的条与形式，积极采取对策，增强我国企业的国际竞争力，使企业在激烈的国际竞争中取得优势，保持企业快速，积极，健康的发展。

电商这种方式对我国国际贸易的发展极为重要。

这篇论文将主要讨论电商对我国国际贸易的影响，及其在这种环境下，我国应发展电商。

本文将会用举例与数据分析方法分析讨论。

从电子商务出现，许多相关课题都从国际贸易过程，企业发展，等方面进行研究探讨，每篇论文的侧重点都不同。

但因为时代在发展，电子商务中的问题都在变化，会出现以前没有的问题。

最重要的是，现在从业人员的知识体系综合性问题越来越重要，这些人员除了具备有传统贸易方式下必须的外语，贸易实务，金融管理等，还要求具有必备的信息技术知识，网络技术的知识以及网络实践操作技能，并且得不断更新，否则难以适应电子商务时代开展国际贸易的需要。

所以，研究只有在当前情境下才最有价。
