阅读填空

教学内容

一、题型说明

阅读填空是广州英语中考题型中最新的题型,最初2010年北京英语考试中最先启用,之后逐渐推广开来。

阅读填空题也叫阅读短文还原句子题,或还原短文题。

此类试题主要考察:

1.故事情节和事件发展顺序;

2.段落中各句子之间的逻辑关系;

文章先挖空五个句子,要求学生阅读短文,根据短文内容,从文后的五个选项中选出能填入空白处的最佳选项,还原到文中适当的位置,使文章意思完整且符合逻辑。

该题型的阅读文章一般有200-250个单词左右,为5选5的题型,共计5分。

文章选材较为学生熟悉,词汇较简单。

整体难度不大。

解题时特别要关注段落中各个句子之间的逻辑关系,主要为:

并列、顺序、转折、因果等关系。

1.表达并列关系的常用连词和副词有:

and,atthesametime等。

2.表达顺序关系的常用连词和副词有:

first,second,third(或:

firstly,secondly,thirdly...),and,then,afterthat,afterwards,thereafter,finally等。

3.表达转折关系的常用连词有:

but,however,yet,while等。

4.表达因果关系的常用连词和副词有:

because,that’swhy,so,sothat,asaresult等。

二、解题技巧

1.解题步骤

(1)读选项,划关键词,暗排序。

(2)读文章,找逻辑,抓过渡词。

(3)先易后难来解题。

(4)回读文章定答案。

2.得分技巧

(1)抓住过渡词,联系上下句。

(2)盯紧横线的前后词语,注意关键词的承接、复现。

①通读全文及选项了解文章大意;②分析选项间的逻辑关系;③从选项中圈出表示逻辑关系的关键词;④阅读短文还原句子并排除干扰;⑤复读短文检查逻辑是否合理。
