Thesensorisanimportanttechnicalfoundationofthenewtechnologicalrevolutionandtheinformationsociety,isthetrailbreakerofmodernscienceandtechnology.TheUnitedStatesclaimedasearlyas80yearstheworldhasenteredtheeraofJapaneseputsensors,sensortechnologyasthefirsttentechnology.Japanesebusinessmenclaimed"dominatedthesensortechnologywillbeabletodominatethenewera".Theworlddevelopedcountriesattachgreatimportancetothedevelopmentoftechnologyofsensor.TheUnitedStates,Japan,Britain,France,Germanyandothercountrieshaveputthesensortechnologyasoneofkeytechnologyindevelopingcountries.22technologytheUnitedStateslong-termnationalsecurityandeconomicprosperityinthecrucial6andsensorinformationprocessingtechnologyisdirectlyrelatedto.OntheprotectionofthequalityadvantagetheUnitedStatesweaponssystemisessentialforkeytechnology,8forthepassivesensor.TheUnitedStatesAirForcein2000are15contributestothekeytechnologytoimprovethetwenty-firstCenturyairforcecapability,sensortechnologyrankedsecond.Japanonthedevelopmentandutilizationofsensortechnologyofconsiderableimportanceasanationalfocusonthedevelopmentofoneofthe6coretechnology.Thereare70keyissuesofJapanesescienceandtechnologyagencyestablishedin90keyscientificresearchprojects,18ofwhicharecloselyrelatedwiththesensortechnology.TheUnitedStatesofAmericaintheearly80sontheestablishmentoftheNationalTechnologyGroup(BGT),helpthesensortechnologydevelopmentworkofthegovernmentorganizationandleadershipofthecompanyandthenationalbusinesssector

Sensortechnologyisoneoftheworldtodayattractpeople'sattentiontherapiddevelopmentofhightechnology,butalsoisanimportantsignofthedevelopmentofmodernscienceandtechnology,itandcommunicationtechnology,computertechnologyconstitutethethreepillarsofinformationindustry.Ifthecomputeristheextensionofthehumanbrain,thesensoristheextensionofhumanfacialfeatures,astherapiddevelopmentofintegratedcircuit,computertechnology,thedevelopmentofpeoplegraduallyunderstandinformationintakedevice—sensorhasnotkeptpacewiththeinformationtechnologyandexclaimed,"thebraindeveloped,facialfeatures"

Sensortechnologyisoneofthecrossmanydisciplinesmeasurementtechnology,semiconductortechnology,computertechnology,informationprocessingtechnology,microelectronics,optics,acoustics,precisionmachinery,materialsscience,bionics,acomprehensivehigh-techintensivetechnology.

Thesensorhasbeenwidelyusedinaerospace,aviation,nationaldefensescientificresearch,informationindustry,machinery,electricpower,energy,transportation,metallurgy,petroleum,construction,telecommunications,biotechnology,medicine,environmentalprotection,disasterpredictionandprevention,materials,agricultureandforestry,fisheryproduction,food,tobacco,robotmanufacturing,householdappliancesandotherfields,itcanbesaidthatalmostpenetrationtoeachfield.

Thedevelopmenthistory,sensor

Theforeigndevelopmentofsensortechnologyhastwodifferentways,oneistotheUnitedStatesastherepresentativeofthewalkwayofcivil,firstincreasedandthenthepopularityofthefirstmilitarypost.TheotheroneisrepresentedbyJapanfocusedontheutilityandcommercialization,popularizationtoimprove,bytheintroduction,digestion,imitationtoinnovationpathtoimproveddesign.Theformerisexpensive,thelatterislessexpensive,faster.

Accordingtotheexpertassessment,comparedtoourcountrysensortechnologyandtheforeignadvancedcountries,inscientificresearchanddevelopmentshouldbe10yearsbehind,are15yearsbehindintheproductiontechnology.

Rapiddevelopmentofsensortechnology,therearethefollowingreasons

1attachesgreatimportancetotheresearchofthesensorfunctionmateriakTraditionally,wearemakingallsortsofsensorsbasedonvariousfunctionalmaterials,whichoftenlimitsthesensorperformanceisfurtherimproved.

Thesensorprincipleisnotdifficult,isnotsecure,andthesecurityistheprocess.Inforeigncountries,therearemanyevaluation"sensor"isnotageneralindustrialproducts,butaperfectcraftsmasterpiece.

In1995,TongjiUniversityPresidentProfessorpublished"chemicalsensors—Chinesesensitiveneedle",theChinesetraditionalacupunctureneedleandtheneedleshapeofthesame,butithasfourfunctionpointsofhumanbodytemperature,pHvalue,PO2valueandmetabolism,withinstrumentdisplayreading,researchandclinicalapplicationinbiomedical.Thissensitivityishowtomaketheprocessofneedle,confidential,canapplyforpatentprotection.

4payattentiontoqualitymanagementandmarket
