摘
要
项目管理是指在项目活动中运用专门的知识、技能、工具和方法，使项目能够在有
限资源限定条件下，实现或超过设定的需求和期望。
精益建设是一种对顾客实现价值的
最大化、浪费的最小化的施工管理模式。
本论文研究的目的是通过对精益建设理论的研
究，针对我国目前井筒施工的管理现状，构建一种适合我国井筒施工的精益建设管理模
式。
本文首先介绍了精益思想的内容，通过精益思想引出了精益建设的概念，并从准时
化采购及施工、看板管理、模块化施工、施工均衡化、柔性施工体系、精益建设的品质
保证、标准化管理制度等几个方面论述了精益建设的基本理论体系。
在此基础上，分析
了当前在井筒施工中实施精益建设的障碍，着重提出了井筒施工中精益建设模式的构建，
包括标准化制度的构建、标准化施工现场的管理、标准化施工过程的控制以及准时化物
料供应等，详细介绍了精益建设的思想在井筒施工制度、管理、施工等方面的运用。
基于以上的理论基础和条件，具体地阐述了井筒施工中精益建设组织管理模式的评
级体系和方法，以具体细致的施工组织管理、财务、内部控制、后评价等作为评价指标，
较为完整的量化了井筒施工精益建设管理模式评价指标体系。
本文在井筒施工精益建设管理模式基础上，以XX煤矿井筒施工管理为例，对其精
益建设实施情况进行了分析，阐述了精益建设管理模式。
最后从各级层面上对其项目管
理模式进行了打分评价，最后得出了具体评价结果。

Abstract
Projectmanagementistopointtointheprojectactivitiesusingspecializedknowledge,
skills,toolsandmethods,maketheprojectcaninlimitedresourceslimitedconditions,achieve
orexceedthesetneedsandexpectations.Leanconstructionisacustomertorealizethe
maximizationofthevalueoftheconstructionwasteminimization,managementmode.The
purposeofthisresearchistoleanconstructiontheoryresearch,inviewofthecurrent
constructionofthemineprojectmanagementstatus,constructasuitableforChina's
constructionofthemineofleanconstructionprojectmanagementmode.
Thispaperfirstintroducesthecontentsofleanthinking,leanthinkingleadstothe
conceptofleanconstruction,andfromthetimeofprocurementandconstruction,Kanban
management,modularconstruction,construction,equalization,flexibleconstructionsystem,
leanconstructionqualityassurance,standardizedmanagementsystem,discussesthebasic
theoryoftheLeanConstructionsystem.Onthisbasis,thecurrentobstaclestothe
implementationofleanconstructioninmineconstructionprojects,focusingonamine
constructionprojecttobuildleanconstructionmodel,includingstandardizedsystemof
standardizedconstructionsitemanagement,standardizedconstructionprocess.controland
in-timesupplyofmaterials,detailstheuseofleanconstructionthinkinginthesystem,
management,constructionandotheraspectsofthemineconstructionprojects.
Basedonthetheoreticalbasisandconditions,specificallydescribedtheorganizationand
managementmodelofthemineconstructionprojectsinLeanConstructionratingsystemand
method,aspecificanddetailedconstructionorganizationandmanagement,financial,internal
control,afterevaluationastheevaluationindex,amorecompletethequantitativeevaluation
indexsystemofthemineconstructionprojectofLeanConstructionmanagementmodel.
MineconstructionprojectofLeanConstructionmanagementmodelbasedontheXX
coalmineconstructionprojectmanagement,forexample,analysisoftheirimplementationof
LeanConstructiononleanconstructionmanagementmode.Finally,fromalllevelsofthelevel
ofprojectmanagementmodelscoringevaluationoftheconclusionthataspecificevaluation
results.
