II.Buildingathesissentence

Havingcompletedyourlistofideas,yournextstepistobuildathesissentencebyorganizingthoseideasinrelationtoeachother,becausewhileplanningwriting,youmustmakecertainthatyouhaveacentralideainyourmind.Suchacentralideaiscalledathesissentence.

Asathesissentenceindicatesthecentralideathatyouwilldevelopinyourpaper,youshoulduseonlyoneinthewriting.

Youneednotalwaysexpressathesissentenceinthepaperitself,althoughyoushouldclearlycontrolthedevelopmentofanywritingthatrequiresone.Ifyoudousesuchastatement,ithadbetterappearintheveryfirstparagraph.Why?
