AbstractInrecentyears,duetorapidenrollmentcollegeanduniversitystudentshasrisendramatically,thestateandsocietyfacedwithtremendouspressure.Encouragingcollegestudentstostarttheirownbusinessesisaneffectivemeansofsolvingtheemploymentproblem,theGovernmentshouldgivemoreattentionandsupport.ThispaperanalyzesthestatusquoofChina'

spolicyofuniversitystudentsstarttosharpentheentrepreneurialeducation,theestablishmentofcomplementarypolicies,improvethebusinessplatform,tostrengthenmonitoringmechanismssuchproposals,hopingforourgovernment'

spolicytoprovidereference.

(A)Thelackofentrepreneurshipeducationpolicyconcernsof

shighereducationduetolongtermimpactoftheplannedeconomicsystemcanbesaidisatraditionalShou-yeh,educationandcultivatestudentsoutofdifficulttodevelopentrepreneurialawarenessandspirit.Foralongtimeourgovernmentpayattentiontobusinesssupportofuniversitygraduates,ignoringtheimportanceofentrepreneurshipeducationincollegesanduniversities.Lackofasystematicentrepreneurshipeducation,andmanystudentsknewnothingabouttostartabusiness,thereisnosufficientknowledgereservesandpsychologicalpreparation.

Thecurrentlimitationsofmanyofthepolicyintroducedinaparticularsectorwithinthepowercannotco-ordinateeffectively.Asthepreferentialpoliciesareoftenscatteredinvariousgovernmentdepartments,lackofpolicyintroduction,combingandcompilation,coupledwithpoorcommunication,moststudentsofthecountriesandrelevantpoliciesintroducedbytheGovernmentisnotawareof.Somelocalgovernmentslackofresearchinpolicyformulation,thereisnoforward-lookingpolicyisintroducedtosolveacertainperiodofaparticularissue,toaproblemisamatterofpolicy,leadingtopolicyfragmentation,repetitivelarge.

StudentscanstarttheoperationoftheprojecttheGovernment'

sattentionandinsufficient.Studentsgraduatingfromcollegesanduniversitiestendtohavethemarketoutlookontheprojectisnotsuitedtotheirentrepreneurialconcepts,simplybyvirtuehobbiesorfriendstochoose,thereisnogoodatthebeginningofsuccessandtheratewillgreatlyreduced;

Greateffortstonurtureentrepreneurialinitiativesofgovernmentdepartmentsatalllevelsneedtogiveacorrectunderstanding,somelocalgovernmentstovigorouslysupportitasabigdoor,thethresholdsettoolowaspossible,sothatmorecollegestudentstocarryoutbusiness,reducethelocaltheemploymentpressure.Infacttheissueofcollegestudentsaccesstoentrepreneurship,governmentsatalllevelstokeepaclearhead,ifthethresholdissettoolowwhileignoringthequalityandconditionsofaccesstothosewhowouldleadtheentrepreneuristoofragile,slightlylargerthanthepressureofcompetitionmakesthecompanythedifficulttosurvive,isnotconducivetoavirtuouscycleofentrepreneurialactivity.Repostedelsewhereinthepaperforfreedownloadhttp:

Third,thegovernmententrepreneurshippolicyrecommendationstoguidecollegestudents

(A)tostrengthenentrepreneurshipeducation

Theentrepreneurialtalentstrainingandresearchtalents,application-orientedtalentsgivenequalstatus,reformthetraditionaltrainingmodel,andlearnfromthesuccessfulexperienceofforeignentrepreneurshipeducation,entrepreneurshipeducationprogramstoencourageuniversitiestosetupandcarryoutvariousformsofentrepreneurshipeducation,thesystemstudentsentrepreneurialawarenessandbasicentrepreneurialskills,therebyreducingtheblindnessofentrepreneurshipstudents.Thesametimeentrepreneursandentrepreneurialresourcestotheintroductionofvarioussocialuniversity,closebusinesses,communityandschoollinks,sothatentrepreneurialtalenttrainingsystemofpersonneltraininghasgraduallybecomeanimportantcomponent.

GovernmentStudentsdevelop,reservesventureintothemarketprospectsofuniversitystudentsstarttheprojectasakeydevelopmentareas.Inaccordancewiththecommunity-basedmodeofoperation,theGovernmentintroducedthesocialprojectappraisalfirmtostart-upprojectsforcollegestudentstoconductafeasibilityassessmentoftheprospectsanddevelopment,demonstration,whilethesocialentities,andnaturalopentendertosupportentrepreneurialstudents.Secondly,theGovernmentdepartmentstoenhanceserviceawareness,andactivelycoordinatingrelevantdepartmentsandstrivetoprovideone-stopbusinessforuniversitystudents,one-stopservice,theformationofthewholecommunitytosupportstudentsentrepreneurialatmosphere.Toopenupmorefinancingchannels,theestablishmentofventurecapitalfundsuniversitystudents,callingonthelaborsectorandfinancialinstitutionstohelpprovidefinancialservicesforuniversitystudents,andstrivetoimprovecollegestudentsentrepreneurialenthusiasm.Studentsstarttoguidetheestablishmentoforganizations,toemployexperiencedandentrepreneurialknowledgeandguidanceofprofessionalsandentrepreneurstovisitforundergraduateentrepreneurstoprovideadvice,informationandassessment,invitingthelegalprofessiontoprovidelegalauthorityforuniversitystudentstheknowledgeandservicestohelpthemmoreaccuratelegallycarryoutentrepreneurialactivities.
