1DefinitionandExplanation

UnlessspecifiedthetermsandconditionsofthisContract,otherwise,inthiscontract:

4.Reimbursement

4.1Torepaytheloanprincipalandinterestintime,theborrowershallopenandalwaysmaintaintheborroweraccounts.Theborrowermustrefundat11o'clockthedaybeforeorthedaybeforethefullspecifiedamountpaymentdepositedintheborrower'saccountforbankofxxxxxxxxcandeductatanytime;Ifreimbursementdayisnotworkingdays,therepaymenttimewillnotpostpone,theborrowershalldepositthefullamountinadvancepaymentforthebank'screditsysteminxxxxxxxxshouldbereimbursementortheclaspclosedatanytimeinthefuture.Theborrowerherebyirrevocablyauthorizedbankofxxxxxxxxonreimbursementdayorthedayafterfromtheborrower'saccountdirectlydeducttheborroweraccountspayableonitsown.Theborrowershallhavetherighttocheckthebalanceofitsaccount.
