HarrietTubman

WeallknowthatHarrietTubmanhelpedmanyAfrican-AmericansescapefromslaverythroughtheUndergroundRailroad.Thiswasatransportationsystem,butnotinthetraditionalsense.ItwasanorganizedeffortbypeopletohelpslavesfromtheSouthernstatesgettoareasthatbannedslavery.
