ManyChinesefirstclassuniversitiesbuildtheircampusindifferentprovinces.suchasChinaAgriculturalUniversitywerebuiltinBeijing,YantaiandSucheng；BeijingInstituteofTechnologywerelocatedinBeijingQinhuangdao，ZhuhaiandFangshan；ShandonguniversityhavesevencampusesinJinanWeihaiandQingdao.Inthelessdevelopedareas,theeducationalqualityisnotbetterthanthegeneralschool;someschoolpoliciesdidn’timplement,sothesecampusesjusthavethetitlewithoutinheritingthecorethings.
