1Introduction

Thecommercialbanksarefacingthenewsituation:

theincreasingdangerintraditionalbusiness.themarginoftheinterestrate’sturningincreasinglynarrowedandforeignbank’scompetition.Thesebanksshouldthinkdeeplytofindwhythatbusinessdevelopsoslowlyandthenputforwardafeasibleplan.ThepersonalfinancialmanagementbusinessisnotonlyanimportantcarrierforcommercialbankstoadvanceComprehensivemanagementstrategybutalsoamajorwayofimprovingIntermediarybusinessincome.Thatbusinessinourcountryisintheinitialstage.comparedtothedevelopedoneinwestern,there’sstillalongwaytogo.Therefore.thecommercialbanksinchinaneedtoreviewandstudytoestimatemarketdirection;

changetheproductsfromsingletocomprehensive;

messdevelopsoslowlyandthenputforwardafeasibleplan.Amongallthebusinessesincommercialbanks.personalfinancialmanagementbusinesshastheadvantagesofhugemarketcapacity,lowrisk,widerangeofbusiness,andstableincome.Forthoseadvantagesthepersonalfinancialmanagementbusinessbecomescommercialbanks’mainbusinessandvitalprofitssource.Inwesterndevelopedcountry,thiskindofbusinessalmostgetsintoeveryfamily.Itsbusinessincomehasbeenaccountforbank’s30%.Comparedtothedevelopedoneinwestern.there’sstillalongwaytogobutithasabrightmarketexpectation.However,ourcountry’spersonalfinancialmanagementbusinessislimitedbysomefactors,forinstance,thefinanciallegalsystem,financialsupervisionsystemandthedevelopmentoffinancialmarket.Asaresult.itbringssomeproblemsthatneedtobedonewhiledevelopingrapidly.

2TheDevelopmentSituation,TraitandExistingProblemofIndividualManageMattersOperationinCommercialBankofChina

2.1ThedevelopmentsituationofindividualmoneymattersoperationincommercialbankofChina

Managemoneymattersoperationreferstocommercialbankusesprofessionaladvantageslikevariouskindsoffinancialknowledge,professionaltechniqueandwidefundcredibilityandaccordingtoclients’financialpositionandinvestmentrequirement,provideclientswithprofessionalserviceactivities,suchasfinancialanalysis.financialplanning,investmentcounselorandassetsmanagement.Recently,asthefastdevelopingeconomyofchinaandtheaccumulatingpropertyofcitizens,theneedofmanagemoneymattersoperationbecomesstrongerandstronger.Thereareseveralreasons:

3TheReasonsWhyWeHaveProblemsinPersonalFinancialBusinessinOurNationalCommercialBanks

Thereasonwhywehavesomanyproblemsinpersonalfinancialbusinessinournationalcommercialbanksisnotjustbecauseofonesingleelement,butbecauseofmanyaspects.Thereasonthatwestilltakeseparateoperationinpractice.Thepoliciesandregulations.ideaofsupervisionandmeasuresinChinastillnotkeeppacewiththedevelopmentofera;

westillrelyonseparateoperationandseparatemanagementtokeepwatchingtothefinancialrisk.Butthiskindofoperationmodeincreasesthecostofprocessingpersonalfinancialbusinessincommercialbanks.anditishardtomakegoodresults.Thereasonwhyalltheproductshavethesamequality.
