SHIPPINGADVICE

INSPECTIONANDCLAIMS

1.Thebuyersshallhavethequalities,specifications,quantitiesofthegoodscarefullyinspectedbytheSGSInspectionAuthority,whichshallissueinspectioncertificatebeforeshipment.

2.Thebuyershaverighttohavethegoodsinspectedbythelocalcommodityinspectionauthorityafterthearrivalofthegoodsattheportofdestinationifthegoodsarefounddamaged/short/theirspecificationsandquantitiesnotincompliancewiththatspecifiedinthecontract,thebuyersshalllodgeclaimsagainstthesellersbasedontheinspectioncertificateissuedbythecommodityinspectionauthoritywithin60daysafterthegoodsarrivalatthedestination.

3.Theclaims,ifanyregardingtothequalityofthegoods,shallbelodgedwithin30daysafterarrivalofthegoodsatthedestination,ifanyregardingtothequantitiesofthegoods,shallbelodgedwithin7daysafterarrivalofthegoodsatthedestination.Thesellersshallnottakeanyresponsibilityifanyclaimsconcerningtheshippinggoodsisuptotheresponsibilityofinsurancecompany/transportationcompany/postoffice.

FORCEMAJEURE

Thesellersshallnotholdanyresponsibilityforpartialortotalnon-performanceofthisorderduetoForceMajeure.Butthesellersadvisethebuyersontimeofsuchoccurrence.

DISPUTESSETTLEMENT
