Deliveringprefabricatedpipingspoolstothesiteinsidepipescleaningtubingandsupportinstallationpipingspoolscouplingandalignmentandspotweldcheck(dimension,weldopening)(preheating)weldingvisualinspection(PWT)inspection(dimension,hardness,NDT)insidepipespurgingsystempressuretestcorrosionproofandinsulation

b、pipingcleaningbeforeconstruction

●Itisnecessarytocarryoutpropersurfacecleaningofpipingregardingspecificmaterialandfilthconditions,andprecautionsmeasuresforavoidingenvironmentpollutionshallbeperformedinadvancebeforethecleaning.

●Forcarbonsteelandlowalloysteelitisnecessarytoremovetheloosescaleanderodingbygritblasting.

●Forstainlesssteelitisacceptabletoremovesurfaceironmatteratfirst,andthereforecleaningremnantforeignmattersbygritblasting.

●Itisnotallowedtosharegrindingwheelsandfilesforrepairingstainlesssteelornon-ferriferousmaterialandcarbonsteelmaterial.

●Shouldbethereweldslugsorlikethatimpurityleft,itisnecessarytousesteelbrushforcleaning,whiletousestainlesssteelwirebrushforstainlesssteelpiping.

c、pipingcutting

●Itisnecessarytoadoptbevelmachineinnotchingforpipingandfittings,whileusingsemi-automatedcuttingmachineforsteelplates.

●Itisnecessarytousegaugetocheckopeningangleforsteelplatesandfittings.Wheneverthereisdifferentthicknessforbothcouplingplates(betweenpipingandfittings,pipingandplates)itisnecessarytomachineorgrindtoneededanglesbasedondrawingsorstandardmapsregulations.

●Formaterialcuttingitisnecessarytotailoraccordingtocuttingmaterialsizesdefinedasinfigures,whilepriorsupervisingunitapprovalisrequiredwhencuttingmateriallengthisnotindicated.

●Itisnecessarytoconfirmmarkingbeforecuttingcommencement,anditistoadoptcrayonorspecialpenstomarkmaterialcodewhentwosegmentstobecutted,andtomarkpipelinesserialnumber,weldjointsserialnumberatonceaftersteelspoolscutting.Anditisrequiredtoremovetheincisionsandspursleftbysteelmaterialcutting,boringandopeningusinggrindingwheel.

●Itisnecessarytousebevelmachineorlikethatmachiningmethodsforsteelductsbeveling.Iftheresleevetubesarerequired,itistoadoptoxyacetylenetorchcutterforopeningforcarbonsteelpipeswhileusingplasmacutterforopeningandusinganglepolisherforgrindingafterwardsforstainlesssteel.

●Forstainlesssteelsheets,aftercuttingbypowershearingmachineorshearinglatheitisnecessarytousemanualgrindingwheelfortrimmingalongcuttingedges.

d、pipingbending

●Whenperformingpipelineshotbendingorcoldbending,itisnecessarytofillandtampwithfinesand,whichshallbehightemperatureproofsiliconsandwithpropergradeandpurity.Yetleadpipesarenotallowedtofillwithsand.

●Normally,thebendingradiusofpipingisbiggerthantheexternalradius3.5times.

●Forwhateverprofilesectionofpiping,thedifferencebetweenthemaximumexternalradiusandtheminimumexternalradiusshallnotexceedthenormalpipingexternalradius-8%whenpipingisundergoinginternalpressure,whileshallnotexceed3%whenpipingisundergoingexternalpressure.Andbendedpipelinesshallbefreeofripples,cracks,overheatedandlaminationphenomena.

e、supportfabricationandinstallation

●Itisnecessarytofabricatepipingsupportaccordingtodimensionsprescribedbydesigndrawingsandperformrustremovingandprimerpainting,andkeepproperlywithalloysteelmaterialmarksaftercompletingfabrication.

●Forfinishedpipelinessupport,itisnecessarytoremoveweldknurlsandslagsandadoptgrindingwheelingmachinefortrimmingedgeswhencuttingsteelplates,shapedsteelandpipingbycutters.

●Forfinishedpipelinesracks,itisnecessarytoidentifytheirdesignatednumberswithvisiblemarksfordistinctionpurpose.

●Thepositionofinstallationpointshallbedesignatedasperdesigndrawingorguidedbysupervisingofficerforcorrectinstallation.Upontheinstallationattentionshallbepaidtofollowingissuesthatwhethertightlyconnectedtocomponentsorlockedupfastjoinedwithpipelinesifusingclamps.

●Uponpressuretestandintheprocessofinstallationitisnecessarytoadoptproperprotectionmeasuresconcerningspringdevicesandetc.specialequipmentforavoidingenduringoverweightload.

●‘U’-shapedscrewcapshallbelockedupasperdrawings.

●Itisnecessarytomakesurethatanyobstructiontoremovablepartsresultingindysfunctionisremoved.

●Theorientation,clearanceofbindingspotandslidingsurfaceshallbeincompliancewithrequirementsprescribedindrawings.

●Itisnotallowedtopaintingsuchspecialslidingsurfacesasstainlesssteelplates,graphiteplatesandetc.fittings.

●Upontheinstallationofanti-violationdeviceandtensionresistantsupportpolesphericalsurfacebearing,thepriorconfirmationofitspropernessisneededbeforeweldingcommencement.

●Forrigidsuspendingracks,itisnecessarytoperformtheweldingundertightcoalitioncondition.

●Forrigidsupport,thesupportingsurfacesshallbefullytouchedandclearanceisprohibitedforassuringweightofsupportingpipes.

●Duringpipelinesconstructionprocessitisnecessarytosetuptemporarysupportandcarryouttheconstructionsimultaneouslyforavoidingconcentratingbearingloadoncertainpointandreducingrootefficiencyresultedfromattachingseveralbranchtubestoonepipe,meanwhileitisnotallowedtomakenozzlesofequipmentassupportorcarryouterectionstandingonnozzles.Thebranchtubesshallbeweldedonlyafterdetaileddrilling,angleshearingandgrindingasperbranchtubesshearingangles.

●Wheresettingupsteelbeamsforsupport,itisnotallowedtodirectlyassemblebydrillingthesteelbeamthatbearsmainloadonthebasisofdisparatepipelinesdimensionsanditisnecessarytosetupaccordingtopipesupportpositionandtypeasshowedinfigures.

●Itisnotallowedtosecurethepipelinestemporarysupportbyspotweldingrandomlyonequipment,pipelinesandpipingforavoidingcausingequipmentandpipelinesimpairment.

●Itisnotallowedtodirectlysecurepipingsupportaboveexpandedironplates,checkeredsheetironorgridplates,butitisnecessarytosecuretoexistingoraddedgirdersbeneath.

●Itisnecessarytocompareeverygroupofsupportswithdrawingsformakingsurethatallcomponentsareinstalledandatproperpositionincludingtemporarysupportapplyingtopressuretest.

●Forallsupportcomponentswithscrewthreads,itisnecessarytochecktheiroperabilityorpotentialdamagesandreplacethedamagedmembersintime.

●Fornutslocksandtemporarylockingaccessoriesofscrewcomponents,itisallnecessarytochecktheircompliancewithprescribedrequirements.

●Itisnecessarytoadjustorientationofthespringforitsloadandmotiongraduationsareexposedtoeasilypickedupposition,andreplacetheimpairedscalesintime,butpriortothereplacement,itisneededtomarkthecorrectpositionofscalestobereplacedonthespringshell,sothatreplacedscalesmaytallywithpreviouslocations.

●Fordesigningmakinguseoffluidsdevicesaspipelinespositioning,sayoilpressureanti-violationdevice,itisimperativetocheckdegreeoftightnessandfluidsvolume,shouldtherefluidsbefoundinsufficient,itisneededtoinformthesupervisingunitsforreplenishing.

●Forcertainslidingsupportswithslidingsurfacesbeingfabricatedbygraphite,steelorsteeltosteel,itisimperativetocarryoutconstructionasperdrawingsstrictly,andspecialattentionshallbepaidtorequirementsrelatingtoreservedclearanceandpre-dislocation.

●Uponcompletingthepressuretest,alldevicesappliedtothetest,forexamplelockingdevicesofspringsupportandtemporarysupports,shallberemoved.

●Forspringsupports,itisneededtochecktomakesurethattheloadmovementindicatorisclosetopreviouslydesignedcoldlocationandpipelinesareatcorrectheight.

●Forsupportswithpositioningdevices,sayanti-violationdeviceandetc.,itisalsorequiredthemovementindicator.

f、pipinginstallation

●Constructionofallgroundpipelinesshallbecarriedoutstrictlybasedondesigndrawings,therequirementswithrespecttodimensiontoleranceareasfollows:

regardinglineardistancetheallowedtoleranceshallnotexceed±

3.2mmforpipelineswithnominaldiameterlessthan250mm(including),while±

4.8mmforpipelineswithnominaldiameterrangingfromover300mm(including)till900mm.

●Forseamsteelpipestheverticalweldseamsmustbestaggeredandkeepingawayfrommanifoldnozzles.

●Inthecourseofcouplingandconnectingfittings,itisnecessarytousespacerplateforthespaceonweldingspot

●Theopeningofweldpipingmanifoldnozzlesshallnotbelessthantheinternalradiusofbranchtubejointatconnectedend,whilenotbiggerthantheinternalradius4.8mm.

●Whenprefabricatingpipelines,itisneededtoreserve50mmrelatingtospotweldi
