2.Concession.Althoughnooneisrequiredtomakeaconcession,thecourt’sandNLRB’sdefinitionsofgoodfaithsuggestthatawillingnesstocompromiseisanessentialingredientingoodfaithbargaining.

3.Proposalsanddemands.TheNLRBconsiderstheadvancementofproposalsasapositivefactorindeterminingoverallgoodfaith.

4.Dilatorytactics.Thelawrequiresthatthepartiesmeetand“conferatreasonabletimesandintervals”.Obviously,refusaltomeetatallwiththeuniondoesnotsatisfythepositivedutyimposedontheemployer.

5.Imposingconditions.Attemptstoimposeconditionsthataresoonerousorunreasonableastoindicatebadfaithwillbescrutinizedbytheboard.
