　　虽然这些评语对我们大部分学生来说不太适合，以为他们连老师评他们什么都看不懂，但我们平时对作文的批改确实没做到这么仔细，有很大启发。

　　摘要：

随着对英语写作教学的重视，教师对学生作文的反馈之于学生写作能力的提高有着举足轻重的作用，而书面评价是应用较多的一种反馈形式。

通过教学中学生对书面反馈的反应来研究教师书面评价对学生写作能力提高的利与弊，以期为大学英语写作教学提供新的思路。

　　1.引言

　　英语写作一直是中国学生英语学习中的薄弱环节，是很多学生的”拦路虎”。

但是，随着社会对高素质英语人才的需求，英语写作能力已成为衡量学生综合能力的一个较为重要的标准。

然而对于非英语专业的学生来说，课上分配给学生的写作训练及讲解时间是相当有限的，所以学生对于自己的作文优缺点的了解大部分来源于教师的书面反馈。

由此可见，教师的书面评价对于提高学生贫瘠的写作能力起着如何宝贵且重要的作用。

　　2.书面评价理论

　　20世纪70年代以来，以交际理论为基础的过程教学法取代了传统的教学方法，反馈概念被引入写作教学中，这种交互式的写作教学法强调写作的认知过程，根据基础的课堂理论教学基础，结合反馈者的启发，不断的培养并提高自身的书面表达能力。

写作教学中的反馈指的是”读者给作者提供的输入，其目的是为作者修改自己的文章提供信息”。

这些信息有直接和间接反馈两种。

直接反馈是教师明确指出学生作文中的错误并改正；

间接反馈指的是教师只对学生作文中的错误用修改符号给予提示，但并不提供正确的修正结果而是让学生自己去改正。

这些评语不仅对于学生的学习动机和写作信心产生了一定的影响，在学习成效上也起着至关重要的作用。

教师再通过适当的引导，以此来规范学生的写作内容，在这个过程中掌握英语写作的方法。

肯定的评价会可以帮助学生树立写作信心，不断的改善并提高自己的写作水平；

当然消极的评价也会打击学生的学习兴趣，削减他们的积极性。

所以应从认知和情感两方面着手来评价学生的作文，给予肯定的同时也要指出不足，以期提高学生的英语写作能力。

　　3.书面评价的反馈形式及对应策略

　　直接反馈和间接反馈。

根据Long的研究，当老师给作文中的错误直接作出修改记号，比如划掉多余的词、加入漏掉的词，改正错误的标点使用或者直接给出正确的表达形式，那么这就是一种直接反馈；

如果教师只是指出作文中的错误所在并给出修改意见，让学生进行改正，那么这就是一种间接反馈。

学生评价老师

在一些大学学生的评级甚至成为唯一的信息来源在教学有效性。

　　然而,这已经引起了很大的争议。

有些人赞成评级系统。

他们认为,由于学生参加教师课程每天,他们应该有他们的意见关于他们的教师的有效性。

　　我认为学生评级的教师是必要的,但是它应该被进行,能真正揭示教师有意义的性能。

而不是评级教师的知识,学生应该被要求估计他们自己靠在一门课程,并报告诸如教师与学生交流的能力,他与学生的关系,和他的能力激发兴趣的话题。

在一些大学里学生评分甚至是评定教师成果的唯一信息来源。

　　This,however,hascausedgreatcontroversy.Someareinfavoroftheratingsystem,Theyholdthatsincestudentsattendtheteachers’classeseveryday,theyshouldhavetheiropinionabouttheirteachers’effectiveness.Others,onthecontrary,arestronglyagainstit.Theybelievethatthereismuchmoretoteachingthanwhatisshownonstudents’ratingforms.Studentsshouldnotbeexpectedtojudgewhetherthematerialstheyuseareuptodateorhowwelltheteacherknowsaboutthesubject.Thesejudgmentsrequireprofessionalknowledge,whichisbestleftfortheteachers’colleagues.

　　然而，这也引起了很大的争议。

一些赞同评定系统的人认为既然学生每天都去上老师的课，他们应该对于教师的教学成果有一定的观点。

相反，其他人则强烈的反对，他们认为教师付出的远远多于学生评定系统中显示的结果。

让学生去判断他们应用的材料是否是最新的或者教师对科目的掌握程度是不合理的，做出这些判断是需要专业知识的，而这种知识只有教师们才最了解。

　　我认为学生给老师评分是必要的，但是应该选定一种确实能够考量教师表现的合适的方式。

应该让学生们去回答他们在课堂中学到了什么，说明一些类似于教师与学生的沟通能力，他或她和学生的关系，和他或她激发学生对课程兴趣的能力。

而不是让学生来评定教师的专业知识

　　ShouldTeachersBeEvaluatedbyStudents?

　　学生应不应该对老师进行评价？

　　Teachersoftengetachancetoevaluatetheirthesituationhasallowstudentstoevaluatetheworkoftheircausesdiscussionsaboutwhetherteachersshouldbeevaluatedbyviewsvaryfrompersontoperson,andIprefertosayyestothisactbecauseitprovidesagoodwayforteacherstolearntheirdisadvantagesandimprovethequalityofteaching.

　　老师经常有机会评价学生。

现在情况以及发生改变了。

学校允许学生对老师的工作进行评价。

这引起了关于学生该不该对老师进行评价的讨论。

每个人的观点各不相同，我觉得应该，因为它给老师提供了一个从他们的缺点中学习并提高教学质量的好方法。

　　Firstly,it’sagoodwayforstudentstoexpresstheiropinionsaboutteachersandtheexpression,teacherscanlearntheiradvantagesanddisadvantages,whichisimportanttoimprovetheirteaching,studentsoftenevaluateteachersbydoingsomequestionnaires,whicharequestionsandselectionsonthepaper,rangingfromteachersskillstohomeworkcangetmuchusefulinformationfromthese,theevaluatedresultwillbesubmittedtoschoolleaderswhowilljudgewhethertheteacherisqualifiedor,studentswillbemotivatedtopaymoreattentionduringclassesandtolistentolecturesmoreregularly,sincetheywillbeaskedtogivetheirownopinionsaboutwhatthey’vecourse,whenstudentsdotheevaluations,theyshouldbeobjectiveandimpartialsothattheevaluatedresultcanbemoreusefulandpersuasive.

　　首先，这是学生表达他们对老师和课堂的看法的一个好途径。

从反馈中，老师可以从优点和缺点中学习，这对提高教学技能很重要。

其次，学生通过有问题和选择的问卷对老师进行评价，问题从教师技能到作业布置不等。

教师可以从这些问题中得到更多有用信息。

此外，评价结果会交给学校领导，他们会判断老师是否合格。

最后，学生会更有动力，课堂上更注意听课，上课更有规律，因为他们会被提问对所听到的给出自己的观点。

当然，学生评估的时候应该客观公正，这样评估结果才更有用更具说服力。
