采用通用信号的颜色的标识牌，分为警告标识，指示标识和禁止标识。

4.1材料准备工作Materialspreparation

4.1.1一般要求Generalrequirements：

4.1.1.1脚手架使用材料必须有质量证明文件，其材质、规格、型号等标准应符合现行国家及有关行业要求规定。

Thematerialsusedforscaffoldmusthavequalitycertificates,thematerialsquality,specificationsandtypeshouldinconformitywiththerequirementofstateandrelevantindustries.

4.1.1.2所有脚手架材料应按国家现行标准进行100%外观检查，所有材料经检验合格后进行合格品标识，妥善保管，对不合格品，修复后再使用，没有修复价值的材料，应立即作废，清除出厂。

4.1.1.3所有脚手架材料应以适当、整齐的方式储存；

4.1.1.4管状材料的按长度分类存放；

4.1.1.5连接件按类型分类存放；

4.1.1.6脚手板的堆放高度不超过20层。

4.1.1.7马上使用的并在现场存放的脚手架材料应按顾客指定的区域并设置排水设施，不得引起人员绊倒或阻塞通道。

4.1.2脚手杆Barling

4.1.2.1扣件结构脚手杆，钢管材质使用A3规格φ48×

3.5，分为立杆、大横杆和斜杆（4～6.5m）、小横杆（2.1～2.3m）、立梯用杆（0.75m）几种。

4.1.2.3所有架杆头应涂上黄色，以区别于英国标准的脚手架。

4.1.2.3所有材料都应具有产品合格证，经抽样检验合格后，才能正式应用到工程中。

4.1.2.4外观检查，应符合表（1-2）和表（1-3）的要求。

4.1.3扣件Coupler

1）扣件应采用机械性能不低于KTH330—08的可锻铸铁制件。

铸铁不得有裂纹、气孔；

不宜有缩松、砂眼或其它影响使用的铸造缺陷；

并应将影响外观质量的粘砂、浇冒口残余、批缝、毛刺、氧化皮等清除干净。

nocastirondefects,suchasshrinkingandlosing,voidsorotherinfluence;

2）扣件与钢管的贴合面必须严格整形，应保证与钢管扣紧时接触良好。

Thejointsurfacebetweencouplerandsteeltubemustbestrictlyprofiledtoensureitsgoodcontiguity.

3）扣件活动部位应能灵活转动，旋转扣件的旋转面间隙应小于1mm。

Movingpartofcouplershouldbewheeledflexibly.Theclearanceofrotatingsurfaceshouldlessthan1mm.

4）当扣件夹紧钢管时，开口处的最小距离应不小于5mm。

5）扣件表面应进行防锈处理，活动部位及螺栓应经常上润滑油。

4.1.4脚手板（冲压脚手板，木制脚手板）

Scaffoldingboard（punchedorwoodenboard）

1）冲压脚手板的钢材应符合国家现行标准《碳素结构钢》GB700—89中Q235A的规定。

2）木脚手板应采用杉木或松木制作，厚度不宜小于50mm，宽度225、335、500mm三种规格其材质应符合国家现行标准《木结构设计规范》GBJ5—88中对Ⅱ级木材的规定；

脚手板应采用直径为Φ4的镀锌铁丝各设两道箍。

3）踢脚板采用杉木或松木制作，厚度在15~~20mm，宽度在150~~180mm。

为了便于施工，不论哪种脚手板块重量均不宜大于30Kg。

5.1脚手架构架尺寸

对于需要设计计算的脚手架。

在确定其设计几何尺寸时，表列尺寸也可供初选采用。

5.2.1立柱一般采用单根钢管,当脚手架很高、负荷较重时立柱也可以采用两根钢管组成。
