兹附上上海商品检验局出具的检验证书第204号，证书证明，我们5月5日收到的上述货物的质量比贵方以前提供的样品质量低。

因为这批货对我们毫无用处，我们要求贵方返还发票金额和检验费共计USDXXX

我方相信贵方会很快理赔。

理赔完成之后，我方将把货物退还贵方，一切费用由贵方承担。

我方第A105号定单项下的提花浴巾已经及时收到。

但非常遗憾地告知贵方，我方所收到的货物不符合标准。
