DefinitionsIntheContractasdefinedbelow,thewordsandexpressions

definedshallhavethefollowingmeaningsassignedtothem,exceptwherethecontextrequiresotherwise:

TheContract1.1.1“Contract”meanstheAgreementandtheotherdocumentslistedintheAppendix.

1.1.2“Specification”meansthedocumentaslistedintheAppendix,includingEmployer’srequirementsinrespectofdesigntobecarriedoutbytheContractor,ifany,andanyVariationtosuchdocument.

1.1.3“Drawing”meanstheEmployer’sdrawingsoftheWorksaslistedintheAppendix,andanyVariationtosuchdrawings.

Persons1.1.4“Employer”meansthepersonnamedintheAgreementandthelegalsuccessorsintitletothisperson,butnot（exceptwiththeconsentoftheContractor）anyassignee.

1.1.5“Contractor”meansthepersonnamedintheAgreementandthelegalsuccessorsintitletothisperson,butnot（exceptwiththeconsentoftheEmployer）anyassignee.

1.1.6“Party”meanseithertheEmployerortheContractor.

Dates,Timesand1.1.7“CommencementDate”meansthedate14daysafter

PeriodsthedatetheAgreementcomesintoeffectoranyother

dateagreedbetweentheParties.
