结合以上知识，第三人称单数就是he、she、it和单个的某人，也包括单个的动物、东西等。
二、动词为什么要变成相应的三单形式？
在一般现在时中，跟在第三人称单数后面的动词也要变成相应的三单形式，例如：
IwatchTVeveryday.如果主语是三单，动词要变化：
HewatchesTVeveryday.
ShewatchesTVeveryday.
JanewatchesTVeveryday.
三、动词三单的变化规则
1、一般情况下直接加s，如speak-speaks,like-likes,play-plays
2、以s,x,sh,ch,o结尾的加es，如wash-washes,go-goes,do-does,watch-watches
3、以辅音字母+y结尾的，改y为i再加es，如study-studies，try-tries
4、特殊变化，如have-has
四、does和doesn’t在句子中的用法
否定句：
主语+don’t/doesn’t+动词原形+（其他）。
如：
Idon’twatchTV.我不看电视。
当主语为第三人称单数时，要用doesn’t构成否定句。
Hedoesn’twatchTV.他不看电视。
注意doesn’t后面用动词原形watch，而不是watches
一般疑问句：
Do/Does+主语+动词原形+（其他）。
DoyouwatchTV?
Yes,Ido./No,Idon’t.
当主语为第三人称单数时，要用does构成一般疑问句。
DoesshewatchTV?
Yes,shedoes./No,shedoesn’t.
特殊疑问句：
疑问词+一般疑问句。
Howdoyougotoschool?
Bybike.
HowdoesJanegotoschool?
Bybus.
