1.1.1.6短裤不得作为外衣穿着。

1.1.1.7当存在将戒子或者项链挂到移动部件上或者接触到通电导体的危险时，不得佩戴戒子或者项链。

1.1.2头脚保护HeadandFootProtection

1.1.2.1坚硬的安全帽可以保护头部免遭高空坠物和飞行物体袭击以及提供一定的防电击和烧伤的防护能力。

在施工区域必须随时佩戴安全帽，下列情况除外：

Hardhatsprotectheadsfromfallingandflyingobjectsandprovidelimitedprotectionfromelectricalshocksandburns.Hardhatsaretobewornatalltimesinconstructionareaswiththefollowingexceptions:

1.1.2.2位于驾驶仓内的车辆和设备操作员

Vehicleandequipmentoperatorsinsideenclosedcabs

1.1.2.3在指定区域进餐和休息期间，没有工人在附近区域作业。

Lunchandbreakperiodsinspecifiedareas,providedthatnoworkisinprogressintheimmediatearea

1.1.2.4办公室和监管室

Officesandsupervisorshacks

1.1.2.5佩戴安全帽时其边沿必须朝外。

Hardhatsaretobewornwiththebrimfacingforward.

1.1.2.6在新员工培训结束后，将发给他们红色安全帽。

结束了30天的教化期后，在再次培训上进行更换。

再次培训本质上来说只是让参加培训的人回答几个现场规定方面的简单问题，再次给所有员工提个醒。

NewemployeeswillbeinitiallyissuedredhardhatsafterNewEmployeeOrientation.Theywillbereplacedafter30daysindoctrinationperiodatthe"

re-orientation"

1.1.2.7进行所有现场活动都要求穿着经批准的钢头安全靴/鞋。

在需要的时候要对脚部进行额外的保护（化学防护/跖骨保护，钢头雨靴等）。

该要求只对在行政楼工作的人员（办公室员工）例外。

Approvedsafetyboots/shoeswithsteelcaparerequiredforallfieldactivities.Additionalfootprotection（chemicalprotective/metatarsalguards,rainbootswithsteelcapetc.）willbemadeavailableandusedwhenrequired.AnexceptiontothisrequirementismadeinsideAdministrationbuildings（forofficeworkers）

1.1.3眼睛和面部保护EyeandFaceProtection

1.1.3.1在施工区域所有人员都必须佩戴眼睛保护装备（经过批准的带侧防护的安全镜或者护目镜）。

H负责选择和使用。

Eyeprotection（approved,safetyglasseswithsideshieldsorgoggles）shallbewornbyallpersonnelinconstructionareas.ES&

Hwillberesponsibleforselection/use.

1.1.3.2在施工区域要求随时佩戴安全镜，下列情况例外：

1.1.3.3位于驾驶仓内的车辆和设备操作员

1.1.3.4在指定区域进餐和休息期间，没有工人在附近区域作业。

1.1.3.5办公室和监管室

1.1.3.6已经佩戴了护目镜。

1.1.3.7佩戴眼镜亦需要佩戴安全镜/护目镜的员工可以佩戴下列的任一种：

1.1.3.8符合或者等效要求的带有永久固定侧防护的个人近视眼镜。

Personalspectacleswhoseprotectivelensprovideopticalcorrectionwithpermanentfixedside-shieldsandconformtotherequirementsofANSIZ87.1-19696orequivalent.

1.1.3.9可以完全罩住近视眼镜的安全眼睛。

Safetygogglesovertheirglassesorgoggles/glassesthatincorporateacorrectivelensmountedbehindtheprotectivelens.

1.1.3.10焊工和其他施工活动需要特别类型的防护镜，包括一些情况下需要双重防护。

Weldingandotherconstructionactivitiesrequirespecialtypesofprotectionincludinginsomecases,doubleprotection.

1.1.3.11只有经过批准的防护眼镜才允许在现场使用。

在建筑物或者其他光线不足的建筑物中不得佩戴墨镜。

包括医用眼镜。

Onlyapprovedprotectiveeyewearisallowedontheprojectsite.Non-lightsensingtintedlensglassesareprohibitedinsidebuildingsorotherstructureswithlimitedillumination.Thisincludesprescriptionglasses.

1.1.3.12安全眼镜必须具有经认可的内防护。

Safetyglassesshallhaveapprovedsideshields.

1.1.3.13所有打磨工必须佩戴能保护整个面孔的安全镜或者护目镜。

Allgrindingoperationsshallbeperformedwithafullfaceshieldandsafetyglassesorgoggles.

1.1.3.14焊工在焊接时不但要佩戴焊接面罩还应当佩戴安全镜。

Welderswillwearsafetyglasseswhileweldinginadditiontoaweldinghood.

1.1.3.15当进行对眼睛有腐蚀性或者刺激性的产品时要求进行额外的面部防护。

Extrafacialprotectionmayalsoberequiredwhenhandlingproductsthatmaybecorrosiveorirritatingtotheeyes.

1.1.4HearingProtection听力保护

在噪音水平达到或者超过项目限制的区域，所有人员都必须佩戴听力防护设备。

任何情况下，员工在未佩戴听力防护设备时暴露在85分贝以上噪音水平下的时间不得超过加权平均值8小时。

Allindividualswillwearhearingprotectioninareaswherethenoiseexposuremeetsorexceedsthelimitssetbytheproject.Innocase,willpersonnelbeexposedtonoiselevelsgreaterthan85dB（A）onan8hourtimeweightedaverage,withouttheuseofhearingprotection.

至少为员工配备两种听力防护设备：

耳罩和耳塞

Atleasttwotypesofhearingprotectorsshallbemadeavailabletoemployees:

earmuffsandearplugs.

如果一个区域没有粘贴出听力防护要求，但是很可能在那儿需要进行听力防护，应当将情况向项目S&

H代表报告。

Ifhearingprotectionrequirementsarenotpostedinanarea,butitissuspectedthathearingprotectionisneededthere,themattershouldbereportedtotheprojectS&

Hrepresentative.

项目S&

H主管在的施工队伍的控制下负责确定需要佩戴听力防护设备的区域。

其包括当运行设备产生的噪音超过85分贝的时候，防护设备的使用。

TheprojectS&

Hsupervisorisresponsibleforestablishingareasundercontroloftheconstructiongroupwherehearingprotectionmayberequiredtobeworn.Thisincludestheuseofprotectiveequipmentrequiredwhenoperatingequipmentthatproducessoundlevelsabove85dB（A）.

员工必须按下列要求使用听力防护设备：

Hearingprotectionwillbeusedbyemployeesasidentifiedbelow:

在指定区域Indesignatedareas

当在操作錾平锤或者在錾平锤附近时Whenoperatingornearchippinghammers

当使用电锯进行金属，混凝土或者其他坚硬材料切割作业或者在电锯附近时Whenoperatingornearpowersawscuttingmetal,concrete,orotherhardmaterials

当处于受限空间进行打磨时Whengrindinginaconfinedspace

靠近发电机的地方Wherenearbypowergenerator

根据需要，在EHS代表的指导下佩戴Whererequired,atthedirectionoftheES&

HRepresentative

1.1.5呼吸防护RespiratoryProtection

每个人都必须佩戴呼吸防护设备。

Respiratoryprotectionshallbewornbyallindividuals.

处于有毒或者有害灰尘，浓烟，薄雾或者气体下的所有员工必须在安全部门的指导下佩戴合格类型的呼吸防护设备。

要对这些活动进行明确的危险分析。

Respiratoryprotectiondevicesoftheapprovedtypeshallbemadeavailableandshallbewornbyallemployeeswhenexposedtohazardousconcentrationsoftoxicornoxiousdust,fumes,mists,orgases,atthedirectionoftheSafetyDepartment.Specifichazardanalysiswillbedevelopedfortheseactivities.

呼吸防护设备必须按照制造商的要求和呼吸防护程序使用，储存和维护。

Respiratoryprotectionequipmentshallbeused,stored,andmaintainedinaccordancewiththemanufacturer’srequirementsandtheRespiratoryProtectionProgram.

呼吸设备必须基于员工可能遇到的危险来选择。

Respiratoryequipmentshallbeselectedonthebasisofhazardstowhichtheemployeewillbeexposed.

1.1.6手的防护HandProtection

当员工处于下列危险中时必须给员工提供使用合适的手防护用品：

Appropriatehandprotectionshallbeprovidedandusedbyemployeeswhenexposedtohazardssuchasthefollowing:

吸收有害物质或者去内脏脂材料

Absorptionofharmfulsubstancesorde-fattingmaterial

可能导致破口，磨损，刺破或者化学伤害的项目或者材料

Itemsormaterialwhichmaycauselaceration,abrasions,puncturesorchemicalburns

温度极限

Temperatureextremes

设备震动，例如电动手提工具

Vibrationfromequipmentsuchaspowerhandtools.

EHS部门负责选择合适的手防护用品。

选择要基于危险和所执行的工作。

TheEHSDepartmentisresponsiblefortheselectionofappropriatehandprotection.Selectionwillbebaseduponthehazardsandtaskstobeperformed.

1.1.7专门防护设备SpecializedProtectiveEquipment

对于超过地面2米或者更高的作业，必须使用全身安全带或者其他等效的防护措施。

Fullbodysafetyharnessesorotherequallyprotectivemeansshallbeusedforworkthatisperformedtwometersorgreaterabovetheworkingfloorlevel.

1.1.8触电防护设备（EPE）ElectricalProtectionEquipment

在下列情况下，必须配备适合电压的触电防护设备

Electricalprotectionequipmentappropriateforthevoltagetobeencountered,shallbeworn:

当在电缆上作业时，除非未通电或者已接地

Whenworkingonlines,unlessde-energizedandgrounded

当改变或者移动地线或者带电设备时

Whenchangingormovinggroundwiresorneutralsonenergizedequipment.

当在距离通电电线或者暴露部分2米内时

Whenworkingwithintwometersofexposedenergizedlinesorexposedliveparts

当工人认为必须配备的时候

Wheneveraworkerconsidersitadvisable

所有触电防护设备必须清楚标识出制造厂商。

Manufactureclassificationshallbeclearlymarkedonallelectricalprotectionequipment.

触电设备可以进行维修，但是必须严格按照标准进行。

Repairscanbemadetoelectricalprotectionequipment,butmuststrictlyconformtothestandard.

当工人在主要区域里可能接触通电导体时必须随时佩戴橡胶手套。

当工人出于安全理由认为必须佩戴时，也应佩戴好橡胶手套。

主要区域从电压超过600伏导体和设备延伸2米。

Rubberglovesshallbewornatalltimeswhenaworkmanisintheprimaryzoneandcancontactanenergizedconductor.Rubbersleevesshouldalsobewornwhenevertheworkerconsidersthemadvisableforsafetyreasons.Theprimaryzoneextendstwometersfromconductorsandequipmentenergizedinexcessof600volts.

当推压超过4.16KV的断路器，必须佩戴安全眼镜或者护目镜遮住面部，防止被电火花伤害到。

Whenrackingout4.16KVbusbreakers,personnelshallusesafetyspectaclesorgogglescoveredbyafaceshieldtopreventpersonalinjuryintheeventofanelectricalflash.

要对所有绝缘设备（泄漏，缺口等）进行检查，有损坏的设备不得使用。

Allelectricallyinsulatingequipmentshallbeinspectedfordamage（leaks,tears,etc.）.Damagedequipmentwillnotbeused.

绝缘设备在每天使用前必须进行检查。

绝缘手套在检查时必须进行空气测试。

Insulatingequipmentshallbeinspectedfordamagebeforeeachday’suseandimmediatelyfollowinganyincidentthatcanreasonablybesuspectedofhavingcauseddamage.Insulatingglovesshallbegivenanairtest,alongwiththeinspection.
