Everypersonintheworldhasspecialanddifferentskills.Someoneisreallygoodatsport,artorotherabilitiestheyhave.Itisclaimedthatpeople’sabilityisaheritagefromtheirparents.However,theothersbelievethattheabilitycouldbetaughttoapersontobegoodinthatskill.Thisessaywouldarguethatsportandartorotherskillscouldbelearnedorimprovedbypeoplealthoughtheydonothavethatskillssincetheywereborn.

Somepeopleclaimthatpeoplewerebornwithcertaintalentssuchassportandartskills.Itcouldbetruebasedonthebiologytheoryaboutgeneticthattellsaboutsimilarcharacterbetweenparentsandtheirchildren.Forinstance,afatherwhohasgoodskillinsportwouldhavechildrenwithgoodskillsinsportaswell.Thisargumentalsocouldbestrengthenedbyenvironmentalconditionofthechildren.Relatedtotheexampleabove,childrenwouldhavegoodabilityinsportbecausetheyalwaysseetheirfatherdoingsport,soitisformedintheirbrain.

However,theotherpeoplebelievethatskillscouldbeimprovedalthoughpeopledonothavethatskillssincetheywereborn.Peopleareabletolearnsomeskillsbecausetheyhavestrongwillingnesstobegoodinthatskills.Theycouldlearnfrombooksandpracticeit.Nowadays,someinstitutionsareestablishedwithpurposetotrainpeopleinspecialskills.Forexample,playingguitarcourseandfootballschool.

Inaddition,theskillscouldbefullylearnedbypeoplebecauseofstrongsupportfromtheirenvironmentsuchasfamily.Actually,parentswanttheirchildrentobecomegoodpeopleinthefuture,soparentsshouldsupporttheminlearningspecialskills.Forinstance,parentsthatreallysupporttheirchildrentobegoodfootballplayerandtheirchildrenworkhardtoreachit.

Tobeconcluded,everyonehasspecialabilitysuchasinsportandart.Thisskilldoesnotalwaysexistsincepeoplewereborn,butthemajorfactorisstrongwillingnesstolearnthatskill.

Thenaturaltalentandtrainingaretwoconsiderablefactorswhichcanhavedirecteffectsonanindividual’sachievementsinvariousfieldslikemusic,sports,andArts.Somepeoplearguethatnaturalcharacteristicsandtalentsindicatethelevelofabilitiesandsuccess.Bycontrast,othersclaimthatpracticeplaysthemostsignificantroleinpromotioninmusic,sportandart.Inthisessaythesetwoargumentswillbediscussed.

Itisbelievedthatallchildrencanbesuccessfulindifferentfieldsbyteachingandtraining.Therefore,Educationalsystemshavebeenfoundedonthisbase.Thatiswhypeoplewithdifferentlevelsoftalentsandabilitiesaretaughtinthesameclass.Moreover,therehasalwaysbeensomeevidencewhichdemonstratesthatbyimposingagoodconditiononindividualstheycanpromoteintheirfavorablefieldsregardlessoftheirleveloftalents.Although,peopleindevelopedcountriesarenotmoretalentedthanothers,theyareconsiderablymoresuccessfulinavastmajorityoffields.Thisisadirectresultofperfectteaching,trainingandeducationalsystems.

Ontheotherhand,somepeopleareonthisopinionthat‘Talentisthefactorwhichdistinguishesindividuals’.Inotherwords,thereissomethingbeyondtrainingwhichcandeterminethemostsuccessfulpeople.Forexample,inthesamesituationswiththesameteachingtherearealwaysindividualswithextraordinaryabilities.Inaddition,theyclaimthattrainingandbeingtaughtisjustthemeansbywhichtalentedpeoplearediscoveredandtheirabilitiesaredeveloped.Hence,themainconcentrationshouldbeontalentedpeople.

Overall,Ipartlyagreewiththesetwoopinions.Talentsandtraininginallfieldsgohandinhand.Eventalentedpeopleneedtobetrainedinordertoacquireskills.So,theybothplaysignificantrolesandtheyareneededtoachievegoals.

GivenisthegraphthatillustrateshowtheconsumptionoffishandsomevariouskindsofmeatchangedinEuropeancountriesfrom1979to2004.

Tobeginwith,onthepremiseofshownperiod,thegreatestconsumptionfiguresbelongedtobeef(220gr),whichwasalmost50grmorethanitsclosestfollowerslamb(150gr)andchicken(145gr),whereastheamountoffishusagewasjust60grams.

Itisalsovisiblethat,from1979on,beefandlambconsumptionshoweddownwardtrendandbothbottomedoutin2004,respectivelyreachingto100grand60gr.Onthecontrary,duringthegivenperiod,theamountofeatenchickenbyEuropeansrocketedbecomingconsiderablyaheadofitscounterpartsin2004whenitwasequalto250gr.Whenitcomestothefishconsumptionitmainlykeptitsconsistencegoingdownby10gr,whichwasveryslightincomparisonwiththechangesdemonstratedbythetypesofmeat.

whiletheothersrefutethattheauthorityshouldconsidertheaspectofindividualmotivesbeforedecidingpunishments.Bothpointsofviewwillbeanalyzedbeforeareasonedconclusionisdrawn.

Firstly,theadvantageofutilizingastandardizedpunishmentforacertaincrimewouldlesscomplicatetheregulatoryconceptwhichhelpsincreasingunderstandingofcitizensaboutcrimesandtheirpaybacks.Forexample,inJapan,peopleareremindedbypublicadvertisementsaboutregularcrimessuchasthieves,trashthrowersandtheirpotentialmonetaryandpublicservicepunishments.Bythat,thecitizensmaybemoreawareofillegalactions;

thus,thatcouldleadtodecreaseincrimes.Therefore,itisessentialtoapplyafixedpunishmentforeachtypeofcrimes.

Ontheotherhand,othersarguethateachofcrimecaseshouldbeclarifiedtheinitiativemotiveofthecriminalinordertodeterminethedegreeofcrime.Itisobvious,forexample,thatapersonwhocommitsculpablehomicide,wouldhaveanattentivemotive,incomparisontotheoneunintentionallydoso.Thus,theconsciousnessofinitiativemotivationdiffersthedegreeofcrimecommittedinordertodeterminefairandadequatepunishments.Thus,consideringacriminal’smotivationcertainlycontributestotheauthority‘spunishmentdecisions.

Afteranalyzingbothopposingpointsofview,itisagreedthattheGovernmentshouldbespecificoninvestigatingcausesofactionbeforedeciding
