4.0Method

4.1Projectpreparestage

4.1.1Inprojectspreparestage,thecompanyrepresents

discussprojectwiththecustomer,signstheintentionstatementorthe

conferencesummary。

4.1.2MarketDept.isresponsibleforcollectingcustomer’sopiniontothesimilarproductandqualityinformation(maynotcarryontheworkforthedesignmatureproductions)iffeasible,Alsomayincludethemarketanalysis(tobesupposedtoincluderate

predictionandtrendanalysis),competitorinformation,

situationanalysis,corporategoal.

4.1.3Thefinancedepartmentcarriesonthefinanceanalyzeandmakethefinancialanalysisreportaccordingtomarketanalysisreport.

4.1.4TheEDdept.inchargeisresponsiblewiththecustomertocarryonthetechnicaldiscussion,clarifiesthespecification,

compiles/Constructstechnicaldatawhichcustomersubmits.Afterclearthecorrelationthetechnicalcondition,makesthemanufacturefeasibilityanalysisreport.

4.1.5GMorganizethecorrelateddepartmentaccordingtothemarketanalysisreport,thefinancialanalysisreport,the

manufacturefeasibilityanalysisreporttocarryontheproject

feasibilityanalysis,thencompiledthefeasibilityanalysisreportbytheengineeringdept

4.1.9Projectsmanagersorganizetheprojectgrouptocarryon

restrictedinthefollowingaspect

-Newtechnical,thematerial,theapplication,theenvironment,thepacking,theserviceandthemanufacturerequest,supplier'

spaymentrisk(qualityability,productivity)orotheranycanbringtherisktotheprojectfactorevaluating;

●Projectmanagerisresponsibletoorganizeallprojectmemberstocarry

onthestageappraisal,inspectsthisstageactioncompleted

situation,appraisestheentiredesigndocument,confirmed

whethertheentiredocumentdoessatisfythemanufacturefeasible

require.Recordtheresultinstageappraisalreportandgroup

promise.

4.2Processdesign/developstage

4.2.1Technologicalprocessdesign

Projectmanagerresponsibilities:

a、Organizetrans-departmentgroupaimsattherelatedquality/Cost/Themaintainabledata(productivity,processability,qualitycost,ppm,equipmentnormaloperationtime,engineoffrate,sparepartsreplacementcycleandsoon),thelegallawsandregulationsrequestofthesimilarproductionlineortheshiftproductionlinecarriesontheappraisal,thendeterminetheprocessdevelopmentfoundation,enablestheproductionlinedesignleveltoachieve/Surpassesoriginally/Similarproductionlinelevel,andconformstothelegallawsandregulationsrequirement.

b、Organizeandconfirmtheprocessflowchart;

c、Organizetodrawuptheworkshopfloor-planandtheflowroadmap

d、Organizethetrans-departmentsgroupbasisonobtainedmaterial,thegroup

experienceandsooncarryontheproductspecialcharacteristicand

4.2.3Projectmanagerorganizesthetrans-departmentgroupmembersaimtothe

technologicalprocessflowchart,thelogisticsflow,technological

designandsoontocarriesonthemulti-programevaluation,byobtainsthepreferredplan.Whenstartingappraisalshouldfromthepersonnel,thereasonableofthelogisticsflow,thecost,theman-machineproject,guardsagainstmethodandsoontocarryonthequalitysyntheticevaluation,evaluationrecordtobesupposedtopreserve.

4.2.4Facility/Equipment/tooling/instrument

●Theengineeringdeptbasisoninitialtechnologicaldesign,thecontrolplanfindingsandtheexperiencetoestablishthebudgetaryestimateandthepurchaseplanforfacility/Equipment/tooling/instrument,afterconfirmedbygeneralmanager,willreleasedto
