“HumanresourcesmanagementistheprimaryproblemforgrowingEnglisheducationcompanies,”saidZhang.“Thebusinessrequireshigh-qualityteachers,notonlywithlanguageskills,butalsoteachingskillsandanunderstandingofWesternculture.Thelackofteachersinbigcitiesismoreobvious,sincethemarketislargerthere.”Sheadded,“ButthegoodnewsisthatChineseeducationcompaniesarerecruiting(招募)moreteachersfromEnglish-speakingcountrieswhoarelookingforworkduetotheeconomiccrisisintheWest.”
