Whenyourholeisreadyplacethepieceofpipeinitsothatitisrestingonthebottomofthehole-itisagoodideatofillthebottom2”-4”oftheholewithrocks.Bracethepoleplumbandpourconcretearoundit.Filltheholetogroundlevel,addalittleextraconcreteanduseatroweltoformamoundaroundthepolesothattheconcreteslopesdownawayfromthepole.Allowtheconcretetosetupforatleast24hoursbeforeinstallingyourrack.

WC）warrantstotheoriginalcustomerthatitsproductsshallbefreefromdefectsinmaterialsandworkmanshipforaperiodoffive（5）years.

Atitsoption,DP&

WCwillrepairorreplaceatnochargeanyDP&

WCproductthatprovestobedefectivewithinsuchwarrantyperiod.ThiswarrantyshallnotapplyiftheDP&

WCproducthasbeendamagedbyunreasonableuse,accident,negligence,serviceormodificationbyanyoneotherthanDirectPower&

WaterCorporation,orbyanyothercausesunrelatedtomaterialsandworkmanship.

Theoriginalconsumerpurchasermustretainoriginalpurchasereceiptforproofofpurchaseasaconditionprecedenttowarrantycoverage.Toreceivein-warrantyservice,thedefectiveproductmustbereceivednolaterthanone

（1）weekaftertheendofthewarrantyperiod.TheproductmustbeaccompaniedbyproofofpurchaseandReturnAuthorization（RA）numberissuedbyDP&

WCwithinten（10）daysofsuchdeliverytocustomer.DP&

WCshallnotinanycasebeliableforanyeventoccurringordefectdiscoveredwithregardtosaidproductunlesswrittennoticethereofisgiventoDP&

WCwithinninety（90）daysofsuchproductdeliverytocustomer.

DP&

WCisnotresponsibleforlossordamagetoproductsownedbycustomerandlocatedonDP&

WC’spremisescausedbyfireorothercasualtiesbeyondDP&

WC’scontrol.Thiswarrantyisinlieuofallotherwarrantiesexpressedorimplied.
