五、租金（Rent）

在合同开始前如有任何乙方代为甲方缴纳的欠缴费用，该金额应从房租里扣除。

3.租金的结算方式（Rentsettlement）

六、履约保证金（SecurityDeposit）

1.，履约保证金为一个月租金，金额为_________圆整。

2.该保证金用作保证乙方履行本合同所确定的相关义务，如乙方违反合同约定，甲方可于该保证金中直接扣除应由乙承担的租金、违约金、赔偿金和相关费用。

在本合同期内，如出现履约保证金不足以抵扣前述款项和费用时，乙方需在接到甲方通知后十日内补足，否则甲有权解除合同。

4.如乙方由于各种原因无法住满本续约合同的期限，即无法租至____年__月___日，乙方应至少提前一个月通知甲方。

在乙方付清至协定的合同提前终止日的所有费用后，包括房租以及产生的水、电、煤气、数字电视、宽带、电话使用费的费用，甲方将无息返还履约保证金。
