即期信用证支付条款

买方应通过卖方可接受的银行于装运月份前30天开立并送达卖方不可撤销的即期信用证，有效期至装运月份后15天在中国议付。

Thebuyersshallopenthroughabankacceptabletothesellersanirrevocablesightletterofcredittoreachthesellers30daysbeforethemonthofshipment,validfornegotiationinChinauntilthe15thdayafterthemonthofshipment.

Aconfirmedirrevocableletterofcreditshallbeestablishedwithin15daysaftertheconclusionofthecontractandsuchletterofcreditshallbemaintainedatleast15daysafterthemonthofshipmentforthenegotiationoftherelativedraft.

保兑的和不可撤消的信用证须在合约签订之后十五天内开立.而且,该信用证须在货物付运月份之后至少十五天内继续有效,以便议付有关汇票.

合同价值应由以制造商为受益人100%保兑的不可撤销信用证支付，信用证须在下订单时开具并保兑且在递送单据时即可支付。

Paymentshallbemadeby100%ofthecontractvalueoutofanirrevocableandconfirmedLetterofCredit,intheprincipalfavour,openedwithandconfirmedatthemomentplacingtheorderandpayableagainstsendingdocuments.

远期信用证支付条款

买方应通过卖方可接受的银行于装运月份前30天开立并送达卖方不可撤销的见票后三十天付款的信用证，有效期至装运月份后十五天在北京议付。
