MainlydiscussedthethincoalbedsynthesiswhichZaozhuangMiningindustryGroupCompanyindependentlydevelopedtopicktheequipmentinTiantheChenKuangsuccessapplication,andtoitssupplementaryequipmenttechnologicaltransformationsandthetechnicalcharacteristic,theworkingsurfacegeologicalcondition,thesynthesispickedtheequipmentthecraftparameteroptimizationandtheworkingsurfaceworkingprocedurereasonablematchsafeguardtechnologymeasurehascarriedonthethoroughanalysisandtheintroduction.

Becausethethincoalbeditsminingspaceisnarrow,theefficiencyislow,theworkingsurfaceconditionisbad,machineryequipmentnotnecessaryorminingcoalcraftimperfectandsoontechnicalquestions,difficultywithrealizestheminepithighlyeffectiveandthesafetyinproduction.

ZaozhuangMiningindustryGroupCompanyprofitsfromtheexperiencewhichmyguozhongthickabovecoalbedsynthesispicks,pickedthesupplementaryequipmentinthethincoalbedsynthesisthedevelopmentandthecraftparameteroptimizationaspecthascarriedonthebeneficialexploration.InOctober,2003,ore531workingsurfacesequippedinitsTiantheChenhasindependentlydevelopedandtheimprovementthreemachinessupplementaryequipment,hasobtainedthetangibleeffect,realizationmaximumdailyproduction3504t,theaveragemonthproduced89636t,createdtherollerthincoalbedsynthesistopicktheunittoyearlyproduce1,000,000tonnewlevels.Equipsthisworkingsurfaceequipmentfundinvestmentis1088.10Yuan,theequipmentdoesnotinvestintotheequipmentcoalplowsurface1/10.

First,thesynthesispicksthethreemachinesnecessaryandthetechnicalcharacteristic

(1)hydraulicpressuresupport

Accordingtothethincoalbedminingcharacteristic,usesthecomputertocarryonthemovementanalysisoptimizationandtheintensitydesigntothesupportfourlinkmotiongears,satisfiestheworkingcondition,optimizedthesupportstructure:

(3)selectsthegreatcurrentcapacityhydraulicpressurepart,enhancesthesupportthespeedofresponse;

(4)reasonablearrangementhydrauliccircuitsystem,hasenlargedthehuman,machinethespace.

ItsdevelopmentZY2400/08/19hydraulicpressuresupporttechnicalcharacteristicisasfollows:

Twocolumnsupportshieldtype,support0.8~1.9m,supportwidth1.43~1.6m,centerdistance1.5m,workingresistance2400kN,supportsandprotectionsintensity0.41~0.46MPa,theadaptationinclinationangleisnotbiggerthanhighly35°,operatingmodeforneighbourcontrol,supportweight6500kg.

(2)coalminingmachine

Unifiesthincoalbedminingthetechnicalcharacteristic,hascarriedonthetransformationtothecoalminingmachinefollowingseveralaspects:

(1)improvementdesignpumpbox,thesolutiongivesoffheatthequestion,satisfiesthesynthesistopicktheoperationpercentagehighoperatingmodeneed;

(2)designsagroupoftaperingspindlerockingshaftspecially,causesthedrumcirclediametertoreduce,increasestheleafbladealtitudecorrespondingly,doesaninsidejobthequantityrequestsatisfiedly;

(3)optimizeddrumdesign,increasestheleafbladespiralangleofclimbingreasonably,theimprovementcoalingeffect;

(4)decreasesthefuselagesuitablyhighly(824mm),coalminingmachineeachbigjointplacehasmadethecorrespondingimprovement.

AfterthetransformationcoalminingmachineMG200-BW2technicalcharacteristicisasfollows:

Pickshighscope1.0~2.0m,theadaptationinclinationangleisnotbiggerthan35°,theadaptationcoefficientofhardnessf≤3.5,drumdiameter800/1000mm,machinesurfacealtitude824mm,doesaninsidejobmeasures91mm,thehaulingwayforthenon-chainhauling,biggestforceoftraction250kN,haulingspeed0~6.14m/min,installingequipmentpower200kW,voltagerank660/1140V,machinegrossweight15t,machinetotallength7858mm.

(3)scraperconveyer

Mainlyhascarriedonthetransformationtothescraperconveyerinfollowingseveralaspects:

(1)hasusedinthethincoalbedscraperconveyerthedoublestrandtransmissionstructure,losesthecoalconditiontobeabletoimprove;

(2)homeforthefirsttimeusedmiddlethe22Etroughsectiononthethincoalbedscraperconveyer,thecompletemachinerigidity,theintensityhadenhancesgreatly;

(3)reducesthenose,theairplanetailtroughhighly(isexcessively430mm),improvedthecoalminingmachinetothenose,theairplanetailcoalwallcuttingcondition;

(4)strengthenedtheshovelboard,thecabletankframe,thehaulingplatoonhassoldandsoonplacethejointstructure.

AfterthetransformationscraperconveyerSGZ-630/220technicalcharacteristicisasfollows:

Completedlength170m,thetransportationmeasures450t/h,theinstallingequipmentpower2×110kW,scraperchainfast1.07m/s,tightchainwayforbrakedisctightchain.

Second,workingsurfacegeologicalcondition

Thedevelopmentsynthesispickstheequipmentore531workingsurfacestoapplyforthefirsttimeinTiantheChen,theworkingsurfacemovestowardsthelongwalltypearrangement,movestowardsthelengthis950m,theinclinedlengthis156m,coalbedthickness0.4~3.0m,average1.25m,coefficientofhardnessf=2,thecoalbedinclinationangle10°~15°,average13°,reserves283,400t.Coaldustexplosionindex31.9%,isthestrongexplosivecoalbed.Theworkingsurfacehasthemudstonefalseroofpartially,thick0~1.8m,softeasytobrave,itsupsidedividesintotheirongreythinsilicarenite,aboutitslowerpartlaminationthick1.5mforgoesagainstdirectly,aboveforaveragethickness33.5m,hard,thecrevassegrowthalwaysgoesagainst.Theledgerwallpartiallyhas0.1~0.4mcharcoalmudstone,thedirectbottomisthepessimisticsiltstone,thick2.6m,theinsandoutsarethepessimisticnovaculite,hard,thebeddingisclear,thickness16m.

North531workingsurfacesarelocatedfivepicklowerpartthearea,thetrackdescendsamountaintheleftwing,groundtable+45m,mineshaftelevation-722m~-768m,thegeologicalconditioniscomplex,tunnelingperiodexpositionfault8,aboveinwhich1.0mfault4,theF6reversedfaultdroppingvarianceis4.0m,alsohasstripwidth20m,extendsthe220mwashzonealongthetrendtopassthroughtheentireworkingsurface.

Third,workingsurfacecraftparameteroptimization

Theworkingsurfacereasonablecraftparameterdetermination,isthesynthesispicksthesupplementaryequipmenttorealizetheworkingsurfacehighproductionfoundation.
