英语学科考试说明
初中毕业英语学科的学业考试是义务教育阶段的终结性学业评价的重要组成部分，是全面准确考查初中毕业生在英语学习方面是否达到《全日制义务教育普通高级中学英语课程标准（实验稿）》所规定的初中阶段英语毕业水平的重要手段。
考试评价结果既是衡量学生是否达到初中毕业标准的主要依据，也是高中阶段学校招生的重要依据之一。
一、命题原则
1.依据《英语课程标准》来确定考查内容与标准
黑龙江省2007年初中毕业英语学业考试命题的依据是《英语课程标准》之“内容标准”中五级目标的内容、要求及相关的附录，同时参考三级和四级的内容和要求。
考查内容不受教材内容的制约，考试内容不与任何教材的具体内容直接挂钩，既不能以一种教材为主，也不能采取多种教材兼顾的做法。
2.着重考查学生的综合语言运用能力
命题要以全面、准确地考查学生的综合语言运用能力为宗旨，真正落实“考查学生用英语做事情的能力”的评价指导思想，通过听、说、读、写等形式考查学生综合语言运用能力。
3.充分考虑学生的实际生活和身心发展水平
试题所选择的语言素材和创设的语言运用情境,要充分考虑学生的生活实际、生活经验及当地社会发展状况。
试题素材的选择和题型的设计要与学生的身心发展水平相适应。
4.选用真实、地道的语言素材，根据语言实际情形命题
在选择语言素材时，尽量使用真实、地道、典型的当代英语素材，尽可能提供语义相对完整的语境，尽可能使试题任务接近或类似现实生活中语言使用的实际情形。
5.确保试题的信度和效度,杜绝繁、偏、旧的试题,控制题量
命题要遵守教育测量的基本原理，保证试题的信度和效度，以使考试形式有利于实现英语学业考试的考查目的，使考试结果尽可能准确地反映学生的实际水平。
二、考查内容
1．听力技能
听力技能指学生对口头语言材料的理解能力以及从口头语言材料中获取信息的能力。
在理解信息的基础上，学生还要能够对信息进行判断、归纳、综合。
2．口语技能
能够回答有关个人信息的问题，并就较熟悉的话题与他人进行交流，特别是在真实语境中沟通信息、描述事物与情感、发表观点和意见的能力。
鉴于口语考试仍在实验中，口语技能的考查将分散在笔试试题之中。
3．阅读技能
2007年黑龙江省课改实验区初中英语学业考试把阅读技能作为主要考查内容之一，着重考查学生理解各种题材和体裁的书面材料的能力以及从各种材料中获取信息的能力。
适当选用一些实用性的语言材料作为试题的素材，如广告、告示、说明书、指令等。
4．写的技能
写的技能指运用所学语言知识与技能，以书面的形式进行信息沟通、再现生活经历、描述周围事物、发表意见和观点的能力。
着重考查学生以书面形式表达真实意义或传递信息的能力
5．语言知识的运用能力
语言知识的运用能力主要考查学生在一定的语境中运用语音知识、语法知识、词汇知识、语用知识的能力。
对知识的考查不是孤立地考查某些知识点，更不是机械地考查对知识的记忆情况。
三、试卷构成
英语学科考试采用闭卷书面笔答方式。
考试时间为120分钟，满分120分。

各题型说明如下：
第一题（听力）
听力试题每题中速读两遍，考试时间约15-20分钟，采取播放录音形式。
要求考生从所听内容中，获取具体信息，理解领会说话者的观点、态度及意图等。
考生在应答第四部分时，只需答写关键信息词，无须考虑时态、人称等变化，无需进行完整回答。
第二题（单项选择）
此题主要考查学生的基础知识掌握情况，包括：
语法、词汇、固定搭配、交际用语等，所考核内容均设计在语境中，非正确的选项也都具有干扰功能，以考查学生在特定情景中的应用所学知识的能力。
第三题（完形填空）
在一个意思完整的短文中，留出一定的空白，要求考生根据短文内容及每空所提供的选项，选出最佳答案，使补全后的短文意思通顺、前后连贯、结构完整、语法正确。
此题即涉及语法、词法、固定搭配，又涉及通过篇章语境获取信息，处理信息的语用能力。
第四题（情景交际）
此题为间接考查学生的口语能力，分（Ａ）（Ｂ）两题，所选正确答案及填写语句必须符合对话的语境。
第五题（阅读理解）
此题共有（Ａ）（Ｂ）（Ｃ）（Ｄ）（E）五篇短文，阅读后根据题目要求做答。
分为选择最佳标题，判断正误，选择正确答案，补全信息，回答问题五个题型，文章生词率不超过３％，所选文章的题材和体裁将是考生所熟悉的。
第六题（书面表达）
本题要求考生根据提示或图示写短文。
此题旨在测试考生初中阶段对语言基础知识和写的技能的综合运用能力，包括多向思维和创新思维的能力，在做此题时，要求考生认真审题，理解题目要求，构思文段。
答题分两个环节，第一环节要求考生写出拟写文段的提纲及关键词，其中提纲满分3分，关键词满分2分；第二环节要求考生写出一篇意思完整符合题意的作文,满分10分。
