Abstract:
Basedontheconceptofhumanizeddesign,itdiscussedtherestaurantspacedesign.Firstly,itintroducedthegeneralsituationofhumanizeddesignoftheRestaurantspace,andthenitdiscussedhowtoachievethehumanizeddesignofrestaurantspacefromtheaspectsofreasonablelayoutspace,theampleuseoflightcolordesign,environmentatmospherecreatedbyfurnishings,detaildesignsforvulnerablegroupandtherationaluseofenvironmentalprotectionmaterials.Theresearchwillprovidethescientificguidanceforcreatingthehumanizeddiningenvironmentwhichcanmeetthepsychological,physiologicalandemotionalneedsofhuman.
Introduction
Withthespreadoftheconceptof"peopleorientation",peoplepaymoreattentiontothetermofhumanization.Atthesametime,thedesignerspayhighattentiontothehumanizationofrestaurantspace.Modernrestaurantspaceisnotonlyaplaceforeating,butalsoakindofenjoymentandexperienceinhumanlife.Thedesignofrestaurantspaceshouldnotonlyconsiderfunctionalization,butalsomeetthepsychological,physiologicalandotherneedsofhuman.Whafsmore,itshouldalsobefunctional,economical,comfortableandbeautifultoattractpeopleandbringmoresocialbenefitsandeconomicbenefitsfortherestaurantspace.Therefore,thesignificanceofthepaperishowtosolvetheproblemofspacefunctionforusersandshowtheindividualaffectionwithamixtureofhumanization.
Forthehumanizationdesignofrestaurantspace,whatthedesignershouldconsiderarenotonlytheplanefunctionlayoutandotherbasicprinciples,butalsothevisualaestheticsofthewholespace.Thedesignercouldmakesomechangeofthecolor,light,materialanddecorativeformoftherestaurantspacetoachievephysicalandmentalcareinhumanizeddetails.
Themethodsofrestaurantspacehumanizationdesign
Undertheexistingsocialenvironmentandtechnicalcondition,thehumanizeddesignofrestaurantspacecouldbeachievedfromthefollowingpointsofview.Therationaldistributionofinteriorspaceaccordingtothefunctionanddemand.Asthefoundationofthehumanizeddesignoftherestaurantspace,therationaldistributionisanimportantwaytoachieverationaluseofspace[1].Thefunctionallayoutoftherestaurantspaceshouldfitthefeaturesofeachfunctionalspaceandensurethemutualcoordination.Asforthesizeandformoftherestaurantspaceandthecombinationofspaces,thedesignerhavetopayattentiontotherationalityofspacedesign,activityzoning,anddecreasethemutualinterference.Thespacedivisionshouldbehelpfultokeepdifferentdiningareasandtablesfrominterference,andmeetthelayoutrequirementsofallkindsofdiningtablesandchairsandthesizeofeverypassagewayaswellastheconvenientandreasonabledeliveringprocesstosatisfytheneedsofcateringactivities.
Thelayoutoftherestaurantspaceiscloselylinkedtohumanpsychologicalspaceandbehaviourpsychologicalrequirements,sothehumanizeddesignplaysanextremelyimportantroleintherestaurantspace.Psychologicalspacereferstotheinvisiblespacerangearoundpeople.Intherestaurantspace,thesizeofhumanpsychologicalspaceisrestrictedbydifferentbehaviorstosomeextent.Forexample,closespace(40-60mm)isproperforwhisperandotherintimateactivities;andindividualspace(760-1220mm)isproperforprivatetalkorpersonalaffairsandsoon.Therefore,thespacedivisionshouldkeepdifferentdiningareasandtablesfrominterferenceaswellastheprivacyofprivateroomsandtherestroomandotherrooms.Besides,thelayoutoftherestaurantspaceshouldtakehumanbehaviorpsychologicalrequirementintoconsideration,suchasprivacyandrelyingonpsychology.Thedinnersaremostunwillingtochoosetheplacesnearthedoororpeoplefrequentlygetthrough,astheseplacescouldaffecttheirprivacy.Inordertosolvethisproblem,usuallythedesignerswouldcreatemore"borders"bysettingcassettesagainstthewall(Fig.1).Theboundaryentitiesclearlyshapeindividualspace,thusindividualspaceisshelteredandpeoplefeelsafetyinsteadofthediscomfortofbeingseenbythepublicinthemiddleseats.Inaddition,"relyingon^,makespeoplefeelcomfortabletosomeextent.Wecanalwaysfindpeoplestayingatfrontagetablesorwindowtables,seatswithbackorsidetables,andotherdiningseatswithboundaries.Thisisbecausetheboundaryentitiesshapeindividualspaceandfieldswithsecurity[2].
Accordingtotheabovepsychologicalanalysis,thedesignerscouldusepartitionwallsandotherverticalentitiestoshapeallkindsofboundaryspaces,thusonesideofthediningtablecouldbeclosetooneverticalentityandavoidanemptysurrounding.Thesemi-enclosedprivateroominWangfuHotel,forexample,usesvalancestomeettherequirementofprivacyofcustomers(Fig.2).

Creatingtheenvironmentatmospherebythedesignofcolorsandlights.LeCorbusieroncesaidthat"architecturalartistheclever,correctandexcellenthandlingofthemassunderlightcondition,andcolorsaregiganticarchitecturalpowerforgottenbyhuman."Nootherthingshavetheadvantagetocreatetherestaurantenvironmentatmospherethanlight.Bychangingthecolorsandshadesoflight,thedesignercouldcreatearefreshingenvironmentalatmosphereinamoment.
Inthedesignoftherestaurantspace,thelightingdesignisgenerallydividedintopracticallightinganddecorativelighting.Practicallightingistosatisfythecustomers9needtoexaminethedetailsoffood,whichisalsothebasicfunctionoflighting.However,thestartingpointoflightingdesignisnotonlyilluminatingtherestaurant,itconcentratesmoreonthedecorativefunction.Decorativelightingisessentialforrestaurants,aslightingcancreateafavourableatmospherefordining.Sometimesthelampsandlanternsthemselvesbecomedecorativeelements(Fig.3).Thereareplentyofcolorsoflight,andthemostoutstandingfeatureofcolorsisthattheycancreateentirelydifferentenvironmentalatmospheresbychanging.Thelightingcouldendowthecolorstotheenvironmentaswellasreflexingthecolorsofdecorativematerialstotheenvironmenttocreateacertainatmosphere[3].IntheentranceofHuangtingWangfuHotel,thedesignercreatesavisualskybyadoptingStarrySkylightandpartialhighlightingaboveofthescreenwall,asshowninfigure4.Exceptcolors,thecreatingofatmospherecanbeachievedefficientlybythechangeoflightandshade.Itisobviousthatthediningatmospherecanbeeasilyachievedbychangingthelightingincombinationofthespecificfunctionoftherestaurantspace.
Tosumup,intherestaurantspace,thedesignershouldnotonlypayattentiontothefunctionuseandthecarefordinners,butalsothecreatingofatmosphere.Especiallytodaywhenpeoplepursuitexcellentspacequality,asaspaceforthecommunicationofmulticultures,therestaurantspaceshouldbedesignedbyusingmaterialandtechnicalmethodsaswellasfollowingaestheticandarticleprinciplestomeettheaestheticneedofhuman.Meanwhile,itshouldtaketheconceptsofenergy
conservationandenvironmentalprotectionintoconsideration,andcallfortheuseofenergysavingandgreenlightsources.Thedesignersshouldpaymoreattentiontothequalityoflightingenvironmentdesignandcreatemoreappropriateenvironmentalatmosphere,thusmakethelightingenvironmentdesignsustainableandscientific,artisticandhumanized[4].

Thehumanizationofthefurnishingofrestaurantspace.Astherecreationoftherestaurantspaceorganization,thefurnishingofrestaurantspaceistheorganiccombinationofallfurnishingelements.Besidethesatisfactionofspacefunction,thefurnishingofrestaurantshouldpaymoreattentiontocreatingatmosphere,decoratespace,adjustindoorenvironmentandstrengthentheimageandsoon.Thehumanizationoffurnishingshouldfirstlypayattentiontothenaturalizationoffurnishingdesign.Withtheenhancementoftheconceptofenvironmentalprotection,peoplehopeforagreennature,sothedesignoftherestaurantspaceshouldemphasizetheuseofnaturalcolorsandrawmaterials,concentrateon“backtonature",createnewtextualeffectandapplyabstractdesignmethodstoremindpeopleofthenature.Byprovidinggreenplants,thedesignintendstomeettheneedofpeople'spursueofnature,thusmakesthespacewithhumaninterestandmoresensoryfeelings(Fig.5).Secondly,thehumanizationoffurnishingdesigncannotdowithoutindividuality.
Thefinalservicetargetarethecustomers,sotheinteriorfurnishingshouldbechosenaccordingtothefunctionandpropertyofthespace.Thedesignersshouldlaystressontheintegrationandartisticconceptionoffurnishingcombinedwiththeculturalfeaturesandpersonalrequirementsoftherestaurant,thuscreateaharmoniousatmosphere[5].Asadisplay,thecasualsettingofsomeutensilsonthetablepromotestheentireatmosphereofthespacegreatly,asshowninfigure6.
